Chapter 160 Promise Him

But whether it was El's imagination or not, he occasionally smelled a strong, fishy stench in the crimson liquid.

He snapped out of his daze and saw that the young lady had actually picked up the wine glass without any suspicion, and leaned forward in a somewhat anxious manner.

"Wait, Miss!"

El instinctively shouted it out, drawing a warning look from Will and a bewildered look from the young lady.

His back was covered in cold sweat, and all eyes behind Gu Li were now fixed on him.

Lucy looked at Will: "What do you mean by this?"

Will smiled upon hearing this, revealing his teeth, which were stained with the same scarlet liquid as theirs, and reached out to grab Gu Li with his large hand.

"It's nothing. If you can't hold your liquor, Miss, you can rest at our shop for the night."

Lucy's fingers twitched.

Gu Li wrote a line of words in her palm: Promise him.
