Chapter 266 Escape!

Zhao Moyan leaped and flipped out of the training ground, causing chaos as all the ministers shouted, "Protect the King! Seize him! Don't let him escape!" The old king, enraged, stood up and ordered his soldiers to capture him. The soldiers obeyed and rushed forward to stop Zhao Moyan, but he overcame them all, defeating the soldiers who blocked his path. He used his spear to knock away any soldiers who came forward, then turned and hurled the spear straight at the old king, embedding it in his seat, causing the old king to fall to the ground in fright.

Zhao Moyan had already arrived at the city wall. Facing soldiers who were much stronger than him, Zhao Moyan easily knocked them unconscious with a few blows.

Hash rushed over and shouted, "Zhao Moyan, don't you understand yet? You can't go back to Wu Kingdom!"

"Make them move aside!"

"As long as you obediently submit to my Mongol Kingdom, you can have whatever you want," Hash continued to persuade.

"Summon your high priest, what's the meaning of hiding and refusing to see him?"

"The High Priest has long since left the Kingdom of Mongol. What do you want with him?"

"Not here!?" Zhao Moyan asked, glancing at the others as he spoke.

"We can also help you seek justice for the Zhao family, if you're willing!"

"No need!" Zhao Moyan leaped onto the city wall, turned back to give Hash a contemptuous smile, and then, in full view of everyone, jumped off the wall. Hash was so frightened that he lay down on the edge of the wall to look down. He saw Zhao Moyan lightly push off the wall with his feet and land easily. The soldiers prepared to fire arrows, but Hash quickly stopped them, saying, "The king wants to capture him alive! Go after him!"

On the grassland, a man with a sword ran wildly, pursued relentlessly by warriors from the Mongol Kingdom. They chased him all the way to the border, where Zhao Moyan was surrounded by the warriors. After a bloody battle, only one man remained standing among them, holding a long sword, his long black hair interspersed with a few strands of silver fluttering in the wind.
