Chapter 107 Crisis Approaches

Medes was still catching up on sleep in the corner, but what he didn't notice was that the newly forged steel sword in his hand was emitting a white light, and the white light was getting brighter and brighter as the phantom gradually approached.

The phantom noticed the abnormality of the steel sword, hurriedly passed him, and ran directly into the inner room.

Squeak!

The door to Catherine's room was gently pushed open.

"Joey?"

Catherine habitually called out towards the door, but no one answered.

"I added vargiri ore to your steel sword, and the fact that it's glowing now is the most powerful proof!"

Carter glanced at the glowing steel sword and became even more certain.

"Lan, is that you?"

"We've been old friends for so many years, and you didn't even greet me when you came to my house?"

"The stench of death emanating from you is far too strong!"

Carter spoke into the room, but he still couldn't see the female undead.

Seeing that no one responded to him, Carter reached into his pocket, clutched a handful of ashes, and prepared to act.
