Di Xiu used the scraps of a blanket to make a small nest for the black egg with silver stripes that Jing Xia picked up, which was just big enough to hold the egg.
Looking at the empty wall beside the bed, he felt a little troubled because he couldn't find the same scales as Jingxia's when he was a young dragon.
He suddenly had an idea and took out the scales that had fallen off before.
The scales of an adult Star Abyss Dragon are much larger than those of a juvenile Chaos Dragon. They are as black as ink, with tiny glints of light. One of the scales resembles a starry night sky; it's a scale from its wing membrane.
Emperor Xiu, a versatile tasker who has been on missions for many years and experienced many worlds, skillfully painted the beautiful creatures he had encountered on the scales, and finally painted a picture of a giant dragon soaring.
Looking at his masterpiece, the tall and strong adult put his hands on his hips and nodded with satisfaction.
He went downstairs to the living room and took out a bunch of bottles and jars to prepare a solution that could dissolve his scales, and by the way, he made a crystal night light.
Halfway through, Di Xiu looked up at the time. Only more than two hours had passed, and Jing Xia should still be in the system's simulation world.
It was almost time for dinner when it came out, so I decided on the ingredients on my computer while waiting for the solution to cool down.
Once the solution cools, it turns a beautiful, transparent light blue.
The materials of the solution do not belong to this interstellar universe, but come from various worlds that Emperor Xiu has experienced. This is the material he has been looking for for a long time, and it is exactly the same as the material used by the consciousness of that world back then.
There were too many objects that did not belong to this world, causing the cosmic consciousness of this universe to angrily penetrate into the Emperor Xiu's sea of consciousness, wanting to give him a warning.
But after the cosmic consciousness figured out the formula of the solution, it fell silent again.
He silently allowed Di Xiu's behavior and even began to care about the changes in Di Xiu's mood.
"I'm fine"
Di Xiu knew that the cosmic consciousness had come into his sea of consciousness. He sensed the other party's concern for him and habitually comforted him.
"This is making decorations for the little guy."
Di Xiu spoke to himself with a faint smile, carefully applying the solution along the edge of the pattern and onto the scales with patterns on them.
There was a flat container placed below. The scales that came into contact with the light blue solution turned from hard to soft and finally melted and fell into the solution below. The solution that dissolved the black dragon scales turned from blue to pink and finally to a crystal light red, emitting a strong energy.
In an undiscovered corner, the energy overflowing from the solution slowly merged into the universe.
The outer edges of the dragon scales are polished into a round shape, and the patterns displayed are also varied. The largest one is the soaring abyss dragon.
Di Xiu pasted the dragon scale on the wall beside the bed, and surrounded the dragon with silhouettes of cranes with spread wings, bluebirds, and other dragon scales.
The remaining dragon scales were pasted on the ceiling of the room. Finally, the solution that dissolved the dragon scales was recycled and poured into the crystal night light that had been made earlier and hung on the head of the bed.
Watching Emperor Xiu decorate the small room step by step, the cosmic consciousness left silently, without caring about Emperor Xiu's use of illegal items from outside the world.
Generally, when taskers are doing tasks in another world, they can only use items from the current world. Except for some things that will not harm the world or do not exceed the current world's technological level, which can be used secretly without being discovered by the natives, if they want to use items that may harm the current world, they must apply to the higher authorities to explain the purpose and can only use them after obtaining permission.
The solution prepared by Emperor Xiu before could dissolve dragon scales and extract the energy from the scales for human use. This solution once indirectly destroyed a world, which made the cosmic consciousness suddenly alert. Seeing that Emperor Xiu did not make any dangerous moves, the cosmic consciousness still chose to protect this child it had created.
Feeling the departure of the cosmic consciousness, the smile on Emperor Xiu's lips faded, and his blue eyes became cold and filled with indifference.
Humph, the account with that world consciousness back then will be settled slowly later. He’d better pray that he doesn’t let him find it so quickly.
The ingredients delivered to the door have been put into the refrigerator by the smart butler. Di Xiu looked at the time and prepared to go to the treasure house to ask Jing Xia what she wanted to eat for dinner.
Before I even reached the door, I saw a small black figure slowly moving out, dragging a helmet with it.
After Jing Xia vented the magic power of the Chaos Dragon in the helmet, he was ejected by the system. As soon as he came out, he lay directly on the pile of gold coins exhausted. The energy depletion made him unable to change his body shape. He tried to raise his head and look around but could not find the figure of Emperor Xiu.
After thinking carefully, he seemed to have said that Di Xiu was going to decorate his room before he entered the simulation world. So he rested for a while, and when he had some strength, he dragged his helmet out to look for someone.
Before he could be dragged out of the door, someone grabbed him by the back of the neck and lifted him up from behind.
Di Xiu carried the dragon cub, took the helmet with one hand and put it back in his own space, then strode to the room prepared for Jing Xia. "It's just right for me to come and see your room."
Jing Xia, who was still in the form of a baby dragon, was held in the hands of the 1.9-meter-tall Emperor Xiu. His half-grown dragon body swayed vertically, and the tip of his tail dragged on the ground.
He tried to lift the dragon head to look at the scene inside the door - it was almost exactly the same as his original room, with white cloud patterns embroidered on the moon-white bed sheets, making people feel as if they were in a sea of clouds.
The pure white shark gauze used as curtains floats in the wind, and the fish patterns on it look like they are swimming.
The ground was covered with a thick carpet, and underneath the carpet was a crystal floor made of dragon coins.
The decoration of his room was different from that of his original room. There were several dragon models in different postures on the carpet, dragon scale patterns on the wall, and various winged creatures next to the soaring dragon, just like the figures of his friends in the gap. There was also a lavender crystal lamp at the head of the bed.
