Lin Xiao and Xiao Min's room was on the second floor. When choosing rooms, everyone thought the second floor was safer, so they let the girls stay there. The room for the three boys was on the first floor, near the entrance hall.
Wei Changfeng walked up the stairs, momentarily forgetting whether Lin Xiao lived in the room on the left or right side of the second-floor living room.
As he hesitated, he glanced up and saw a person sitting on the terrace outside the living room, wearing a coat.
He walked over and could see clearly through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that it was Lin Xiao sitting there alone in the darkness.
She was thin and small, wrapped in a blanket, looking like a snail curled up in its shell.
Afraid of disturbing her, Wei Changfeng gently tapped on the glass window with his finger.
Lin Xiao heard the voice behind him, turned around, and was somewhat surprised to see Wei Changfeng standing in the living room through the glass door.
Seeing Lin Xiao turn around and see him, Wei Changfeng pushed open the door handle and stepped onto the terrace.

Wei Changfeng sat down on the cushion next to Lin Xiao, sitting side by side with her in the darkness, neither of them speaking.
After a short while, Lin Xiao finally spoke: "Why are you here? Come inside quickly, it's cold outside."
Wei Changfeng smiled and said, "If you're not afraid of the cold, why would I, a grown man, be afraid? Why don't you share some of your blanket with me?"
He noticed that the blanket wrapped around Lin Xiao was probably the one provided on the villa's bed; it was large enough when unfolded, so he said that on purpose.
Lin Xiao glanced at him and obediently loosened the blanket that was wrapped tightly around him, giving him half of it.
"I was just kidding," Wei Changfeng quickly waved his hand.
Lin Xiao looked at him and said, "It's okay, this blanket is enough for the three of us. Besides, aren't you going to be on the Spring Festival Gala after you go back to China? I would feel bad for the whole country if you caught a cold."
When Wei Changfeng heard Lin Xiao joking again, he knew that her emotions had stabilized and she should be in a better mood, so he put the blanket over himself.
The two were draped in the same blanket and sitting in the dark, which looked rather ambiguous.
