The original inspiration for this book should come from cyberpunk, but I always feel a sense of distance from Western cyberpunk content, and what I want to write about is fairy-like cyberpunk, just like the difference between Cthulhu and Chinese Cthulhu.

Some old readers may know that I have made similar attempts since the previous book, which is "The Day After Tomorrow". However, my understanding of cyberpunk at that time was very superficial, that is, cool equipment, prosthetics that everyone can use, and mass-produced combat power.

I can only say that the cyber elements at that time were just fashion items in my books and were just embellishments.

In the book before me, "The Scroll of the Old Days", I tried to add some content about borrowing and repaying debts in the cultivation system, trying to build a more cyber-style interest cycle, which can be regarded as a real immortal cyber atmosphere. But my level is still insufficient, my understanding is not enough, and I still can't write the immortal cyber flavor I want.

In my last book, I Said I Would Travel Back in Time, I turned the fairyland in this book into a cyber fairyland. Unfortunately, due to the inconsistent style, my physical discomfort, and the protagonist's overpoweredness, I was unable to write about this fairyland properly, and ended it hastily.

Now, after several years of accumulation, I have a deeper understanding of the fairy-like cyber flavor I want, and I feel that I can finally write a unique and interesting novel.

As more and more readers flocked to this book, I gradually felt more and more responsibility from my initial interest in it. Reading the words you left behind every day made me feel that I could not let down the love of so many readers.

But this book was really difficult to write, because the world view and the characters' thoughts are quite special, and I always need to change my mindset as I continue writing. Sometimes, while I was writing... I unknowingly became too normally thinking, and wrote the plot too normally, so I had to delete and rewrite it, for example, I just deleted two chapters.

In addition, the world view needs to be constantly deduced, so I can never write fast...laughing and crying expression.
