Furious, He's mother knocked on He Ziqian's door, grabbed his ear, and started hitting him with a feather duster while yelling, "You've disappointed us so much! You've betrayed our trust in you!"
He Ziqian, whose ear was being pulled, gasped in pain: "Grandma, be gentle! My ear is going to fall off! What happened to me?"
"How dare you say that? Tell me, how much would it cost for two great-grandchildren?" Mother He questioned.
He Ziqian's eyes darted around. In order to swindle more money, he insisted, "Fifty thousand."
Seeing He Ziqian's unrepentant attitude, Mrs. He was so angry that she hit him hard: "At a time like this, you still want 50,000? Even if you have two grandsons, it's only 2,000. You actually want 50,000. I won't help you with your affairs anymore. You can do whatever you want!"

He Ziqian was so angry that his face turned green. He looked at Yun Jin and said, "Did your aunt tell Grandma? Are you afraid that I'll spend Grandma's money and you won't get any benefit?"
"If that's how you think, there's nothing I can do!" Yun Jin shrugged, her words infuriating.
He Ziqian was furious: "Auntie, you're something else! You just can't stand me and you keep ruining my plans. Don't fall into my hands again!"
Before Yun Jin could speak, He Zizhen interjected, "Big brother, how dare you speak to your aunt like that? Be careful, or I'll tell Uncle to beat you to death."
"Shut up, you have no right to speak!" He Ziqian gave He Zizhen a cold look, but he couldn't do anything to Yun Jin, so he stormed off in anger.
Yun Jin no longer cared about He Ziqian's life or death once she achieved her goal.
