Gu Yanze held her arm, and Su Yanxi fell on his shoulder, resting her chin on his shoulder.
A lazy voice came from the entrance of the garden: "Hey, you two are so close, why don't you kiss me?"
This familiar voice struck Su Yanxi's ears, instantly shattering her originally confused mind and making her completely awake.
Fu Linchen stood in the middle of the entrance, one hand in his pocket and a lit cigarette in the other.
His eagle-like sharp eyes were as cold as ice, his pupils were dark, and he looked straight at Su Yanxi.
"How about I be the master of ceremonies, and you two get married right here in the hall and go into the bridal chamber?"
Gu Yanze let go of Su Yanxi's hand and said, "Are you kidding me? Master Fu, why are you here?"
Fu Linchen: "The old man at home insisted on playing chess with your old man. I drove him over."
Gu Yanze was puzzled: "Is such a small matter worth your personal trip?"
Fu Linchen: "I am filial."
Gu Yanze: "You're so filial. Your grandfather didn't let you go to the Yuncheng border as a special police officer, but you insisted on going without looking back. Five years later, you didn't even call him. Why didn't you mention this?"
Fu Linchen: "Haven't you heard the old saying, 'A man should be looked at with new eyes after three days of absence.'"
"Okay, okay, it's all your fault."
Gu Yanze walked towards the living room: "I'm going to say hello to Grandpa Fu."
Su Yanxi followed Gu Yanze to the hall.
When she reached Fu Linchen, he stretched out his long legs and she fell into his arms.
His strong arms wrapped around her slender waist, and the warmth of his palms burned the skin on her waist.
Fu Linchen's red lips brushed against her fair ears. "You threw yourself into my arms as soon as we met. My sister is so enthusiastic, I'm afraid of her."
Su Yanxi was truly impressed by Fu Linchen's ability to turn the tables: "You're afraid of this and that, brother, you're so timid. You should practice more in the cemetery."
Fu Linchen: "A cemetery is not as scary as your little mouth."
Su Yanxi pushed Fu Linchen away and stood up. Fu Linchen's palm slid along her slender waistline.
Gu Yanze came back and looked at Fu Linchen and Su Yanxi: "What are you two doing?"
Fu Linchen put his hands in his pockets, his eyes clear of any guilt: "She accidentally fell while walking, and I helped her up. Don't thank me, my hobby is helping others."
