"Young man, are you going to Inazuma?"
"Yes, sir, I can play the piano and sing, and I can pay some Mora. Please let me go to Inazuma."
"Okay, but you're so small, won't you get seasick?"
"No, sir. And I can assure you that your ship will not encounter any storms or waves along the way; it will be very calm."
"Alright then, let's board the ship, young man."
"Thank you, sir."
The boatman found the little guest in front of him strange. His clothes were not Liyue style and had a bit of Mondstadt influence. However, he had already paid Mora and could play and sing for his sailors so that they would not feel lonely, so it was not unacceptable.
Wendy boarded the ship discreetly and went straight to the bow, where she sat down. She stretched her legs out, feeling the sea breeze. Even before setting sail, the refreshing sea breeze made Wendy want to close her eyes and rest for a while.
"Young man, we're about to set sail!" the boatman shouted, quickening his pace. Wendy responded loudly, then jumped off the bow and came to the center of the boat. A harp appeared in her hand, and Wendy began to play a beautiful tune. The sailors listened as they worked, as if they had gained more strength.
"Wow, it's the ocean! I haven't seen the ocean in so long."
"Yes, ever since the resources were depleted, the ocean has become very dirty and smelly. It's so beautiful to see such a blue ocean."
"I must say, the music Wendy's wife played really suits the scenery right now."
"But have you noticed that Liyue's style is really similar to our Dragon Kingdom?"
"Yeah, yeah, could it be a parallel world?"
"That can't be right, can the person upstairs be reading too many novels?"
"Inazuma, that sounds like it's from the country of cherry blossoms."
"Be bold, I'd guess it's Japan (Japan)."
The ship sailed safely into the outlying island of Inazuma. Wendy bid farewell to the captain and his crew, jumped off the ship, took a deep breath, and said, "It's been so long since I've been to Inazuma. I still miss the delicious wine here."
"Mr. Wendy." Thomas was waiting at the port of the island for the Kamisato family's merchant ship to arrive. When he saw Wendy, he greeted him casually. Wendy nodded and greeted him back. After thinking for a moment, she took a chrysanthemum and stuffed it into Thomas's arms. Before Thomas could react, Wendy had already disappeared.
“Hey, Mr. Wendy.” Thomas looked at the windmill chrysanthemum in his arms, then at the direction Wendy had disappeared in, and sighed helplessly. “The traveler must have told him.” Thomas scratched his head and stopped worrying about it.
"Thor seems to be inside the castle tower, but I can't get in." Looking at the heavily guarded soldiers outside the castle tower, Wendy flew into the sky and used the most basic method: shouting.
"Thunder! Shadow! Stop! Staying! Home!" Everyone from ninety-year-old seniors to three-year-old children could hear Wendy's shout. The Tenryo Magistrates looked up and saw Wendy in the air. Kujo Sara was about to order someone to pull Wendy down when they heard thunder suddenly come from the castle tower. They saw their Thunder God with a dark face, carrying a large sword that was flashing with lightning.
"What are you doing in Inazuma?" Lei said calmly. Of course, if it weren't for the fact that the big sword in her hand wasn't flashing with lightning, Wendy would have been happy to land and chat with her old friend.
"Didn't the old man tell you about this?" Wendy asked, puzzled. Ray replied, "He did. If there's nothing else, you can leave." "Hey, don't do that! I just arrived in Inazuma. How can you send someone away like that? No, no, even the old man knows to entertain guests." Wendy said casually. Ray took a deep breath and ordered Kujo Sara, "Notify the magistrate to properly entertain this Wind God of Mondstadt."
The last five words were practically squeezed out one by one by Lei Yingdian. Kujo Sara nodded: "Yes, General. Wind God, please follow me." "Yay!" Seeing that things were over, Wendy relaxed and flew down carelessly, following behind Kujo Sara, thinking about how to get some food and drinks later.
"I knew it! Look how much Inazuma has the flavor of Japan."
"Wendy, stop shouting, it's embarrassing, let's go home and shout."
"Is that Thor? He's so beautiful! Sister, step on me!"
"Kujou Sara is also very beautiful, but it looks like a tengu."
"Oh no, Thor has gone berserk! Wendy's doomed!"
"I hope Wendy is okay."
Upon arriving at the door of the Kamisato family's residence, Kujo Sara bowed, spread her wings, and flew away. Wendy went inside, and upon looking up, he saw Kamisato Ayato smiling at him. Kamisato Ayato bowed slightly and said, "Lord Wind God of Mondstadt has come to Inatsuma. We are deeply sorry for not welcoming you properly. It is an honor for the Kamisato family to have you grace our humble abode. We have prepared fine wine and food. Lord Wind God, this way please."
"Then I won't stand on ceremony." Wendy's eyes lit up at the mention of good wine and food. Without thinking too much about the details, she walked straight over.
After a few rounds of drinks, Wendy felt dizzy and then fell asleep. Ayato Kamisato had successfully completed the task assigned to him by his Thor. Then, he found a blanket, rolled Wendy up, and threw him into a storage room.
As expected of Barbatos.
The next day, when Ayato Kamisato went to check on the storeroom again, Wendy was nowhere to be found. Wendy was now sitting under the Wind Rising Tree, playing with Fairy.
"Oh dear, that's so mean! That old fox Ayato Kamisato is so awful!" Wendy pouted and puffed out his cheeks, saying things that weren't very offensive. He also rolled the fairy spirit in his hand into various shapes. Mondstadt suited him best. Feeling the free wind and smelling the aroma of fine wine, this was the life he was looking for.
After playing with the poor fairy for a while, Wendy let it go and rode the free wind back to the free Mondstadt, with a clear destination: the Gift of the Angels.
Unfortunately, it was Diluc who was on duty today. When Wendy saw Diluc, she couldn't help but tremble. She ordered a glass of cider, not daring to breathe loudly, afraid that Diluc would kick her out if he was unhappy. But Diluc only glanced at her and then focused his attention elsewhere.
Should she feel disappointed or relieved? Wendy sipped her cider, thinking about whether she should just go and explore Earth.
(These chapters are just transitions; there's also the part where Wendy returns to Earth, so they're quite boring to read, and my own writing is also quite boring. Only after he returns to Earth can we begin the next phase. Thank goodness I don't have writer's block! [whispering])
