Shen Zhiyi was almost melted by his gaze.
Her eyes darted away, avoiding his gaze: "I...I just caught a cold..."
Bo Xu pursed his lips and looked at her.
He strode in and closed the door behind him.
“Shen Zhiyi,” he said in a cold, sharp voice, regaining his CEO-like firmness, “you promised you wouldn’t lie to me anymore.”
"Tell a lie and you'll lose a day's pay."
"Now, tell me, how did you get sick?"
Shen Zhiyi looked at him with a slightly surprised expression, covered her lips, and immediately fell silent.
Seeing her like this, Bo Xu felt more certain, and his heart couldn't help but pound.
He grasped her shoulders, leaned down, and whispered, "You caught it from me, didn't you?"

Her eyes moved, and she realized she was lying on her bed in the bedroom, with a new fever-reducing patch on her forehead, and an open box of medicine and a half-finished bottle of water beside her.
She sat up and smelled the aroma of food.
Shen Zhiyi got up with some surprise, tore off the fever-reducing patch, slipped on her slippers, and walked to the living room.
When she saw the busy figure in the kitchen, her eyes widened.
Bo Xu took off her coat, revealing herself to be wearing only a black turtleneck sweater and a small apron, and was cooking porridge.
"Awake?" He turned around.
The apron, completely out of proportion to his body, accentuated his sexy and defined physique.
Broad shoulders, narrow waist.
Even the muscles on her arms showed off their smooth and full contours thanks to the tight cashmere sweater.
Shen Zhiyi swallowed and looked away.
This is so manly...
Who would have thought that the usually aloof and powerful CEO could actually cook in private?
"Go sit over there." Seeing that she was still a little confused, Bo Xu pointed to the dining table and gave a concise and forceful order.
