Chapter 79

Fairyland Yan Hua Mirror Palace

Queen Mandora stood like an imposing statue before the mysterious passage. Her hands were raised high, as if grasping boundless power and glory. Her booming voice, overflowing with unyielding authority and resolve, declared: "Offer the power of the Ye Luoli fairies to break the seal placed by Xin Ling and open the gates for me!" The voice echoed through the empty Mirror Palace, like a powerful summons of destiny, sending chills down one's spine. The voice seemed to possess boundless magic, capable of piercing the barriers of time and space, causing the entire fairy realm to tremble.

In her piercing gaze burned a fierce flame of desire and ambition. That flame was intense and violent, as if it wanted to incinerate the entire world. In her mind, she seemed to already see the human world under her rule, a world shrouded in darkness and despair.

She slightly raised the corners of her mouth, revealing a smug smile, as if the entire world was about to fall firmly into her control and become her private property. Her exquisite face was now full of confidence and pride, as if she could already see the dawn of victory.

At this moment, three-fifths of the passage had been opened, and from the gap that shimmered with mysterious light, an unfathomable and powerful force seemed to be faintly revealed. Queen Mandora stared intently at the progress of the passage, her heart filled with pride.

The slight upturn of her lips seemed to proclaim her impending glorious victory. However, when her thoughts drifted to her servants, Feng Yinsha and Hei Xiangling, her mood instantly soured. These two hadn't completed the task she'd assigned them, which was incredibly infuriating. A deep anger surfaced on her delicate face, and her eyes grew increasingly cold, as if they could freeze the surrounding air instantly, sending chills down one's spine.

"Now, once I capture the last two fairies, I will send out my Dark Army. At that time, the human world will be completely mine, and humanity will be wiped out. Hmph, hmph!" Queen Mandora's voice echoed in the empty space, carrying endless threat and oppression.

Each word struck like a heavy hammer blow to people's hearts. She poured the collected fairy power into the passage, and upon receiving this powerful force, the passage flickered slightly and opened a little more. Queen Mandora nodded in satisfaction at this sight, but the anger in her heart had not completely dissipated.

Queen Mandora decided to summon Feng Yinsha and Hei Xiangling to question them about why they hadn't captured the two fairies yet, and whether they were slacking off. So, she chanted the spell: "Ye Luoli magic, two sides of the mirror, Feng Yinsha, Hei Xiangling, I call upon you!" The powerful magic surged in the air, seemingly able to pierce through the barriers of time and space.

This power, like surging waves, spread in all directions, making everyone deeply feel the Queen's strength and majesty. The magical light flickered, like dazzling stars, illuminating the entire Mirror Palace.

In the human world, at Feng Yinsha's home. Feng Yinsha, having just returned home, wore a weary expression. His slightly pale face appeared particularly haggard in the dim light. His eyes were filled with exhaustion and helplessness, as if he had just weathered a long and brutal war.

His figure appeared somewhat lonely and forlorn in the lamplight. He was about to go find something to eat to alleviate his hunger. However, just as he was about to move, a dark shadow flashed by, and Hei Xiangling flew in front of him.

"Master!" Hei Xiangling cried anxiously, "The Queen is summoning us through the mirror, we must reply quickly!" Hei Xiangling's voice was filled with tension and unease, and her beautiful face was etched with worry.

She knew all too well what the Queen's summons meant; the consequences of a delayed response would be unimaginable. Worry flickered in her eyes, as if she could already see the impending storm.

Feng Yinsha frowned, a sense of unease rising within him. He knew the Queen's summons often came with important tasks or orders, but at this moment he felt utterly exhausted and didn't want to face any more pressure. His heart was filled with conflict: on one hand, fear of the Queen, and on the other, his own weariness and helplessness.

“Could you wait a moment? I’m really tired…” Feng Yinsha tried to stall for time. But Hei Xiangling shook her head and said firmly, “No, Master. The Queen’s summons cannot be ignored, or we will be punished. Please reply as soon as possible.” Hei Xiangling’s tone was full of determination; she knew they had no choice.

Feng Yinsha nodded helplessly, understanding that Hei Xiangling was right. Despite his reluctance, he decided to obey the Queen's summons.

After all, they were all members of the Ye Luoli Fairy Realm and had to obey the Queen's orders. His heart was filled with helplessness, as if he were a pawn bound by fate, unable to break free.

"Alright, let's begin." Feng Yinsha took a deep breath, preparing to face the upcoming challenge. Upon hearing this, Feng Yinsha immediately found a mirror in the room.

A flicker of fear crossed his eyes, yet he had no choice but to obey the Queen's command. His heart was filled with helplessness and terror, like a caged bird unable to break free from the shackles of fate. Hei Xiangling cast a spell, connecting with the mirror in the Queen's palace. "Ye Luoli magic, withered flowers bloom, both sides of the mirror, call upon Queen Mandora." As the spell was cast, ripples appeared on the mirror, and the Queen's projection gradually materialized.

Upon seeing the Queen, Feng Yinsha immediately knelt down and respectfully greeted her, "Your Majesty." His body trembled slightly, his heart filled with fear. He knew the Queen's temper all too well; if he angered her, the consequences would be unimaginable.
