This question made Su Wanwan put down her chopsticks and hesitate to eat. The oppressive atmosphere made her want to get up and say that she needed to go to the toilet.

After lunch, Jiang Shengjun turned back on his way to the company and called Xiao K to say that he wouldn't be going to the company that afternoon and that Xiao K, his capable assistant, would be fine; he could call him if there were any problems.
He thought a lot in the car. He had just seen Su Wanwan's expression and felt a little unnatural. He could no longer let his wife stay alone in the Jiang family's old house.
Su Suqin and her friends hadn't had enough fun playing mahjong yet, and now they were playing again.
Su Wanwan had originally intended to give her the gift she was embroidering, but now it seemed there was no chance. She sat alone on the wooden swing in the old house, feeling somewhat dejected.
Jiang Shengjun went to work again, and Xu Xiaojiao went home to visit her family after get off work. She felt very lonely in the huge old house.
With tears in her eyes, she suddenly felt overwhelmed and kept thinking about how to solve the problem.
"Wanwan, I'm back. Why are you here all alone?"
Jiang Shengjun's voice came through the phone. Su Wanwan thought she was hallucinating. She turned around and saw that it was indeed him. The tears she had just held back instantly fell from her eyes.
