Chapter 380 Are there still wild boars in the mountains?

Tony Fan was completely bewildered.

Originally, they were afraid their son wouldn't amount to anything; now, they're afraid this brat will amount to too much.

Making money is as easy as drinking water; you can easily give your family millions.

You can never have too much money, but you can't have too many women. Grandma's silver rings aren't enough to go around.

"I'm warning you, this is the end, do you hear me? If you bring any more, don't bring them home. You can handle it, but your parents can't," Tony Fang said earnestly.

"Okay, Mom, I promise I won't bring them back, uh, I won't bother them anymore," Chu Yang said seriously.

"Aren't you afraid of tiring yourself out?" Tony Fang rolled her eyes at him, then waved her hand: "Alright, alright, go keep them company. Mom will go prepare some fruit."

Chu Yang returned to the pavilion, set out the tea set, and slowly began to brew Kung Fu tea.

"Chu Yang, where is Grandma?" Little Pear asked.

"They're either taking a nap, feeding the chickens in the back, or wandering around," Chu Yang said.

"Is that old lady Grandma?" Lou Chunyue pointed.

Chu Yang turned his head and saw his grandmother walking over not far away, carrying a white rabbit in her left hand and another white rabbit in her right hand.

"It's Grandma." Chu Yang got up to greet her.

Little Pear quickly followed.

"Oh, you're back again." Grandma smiled sweetly and handed a little white rabbit to Xiaoli.

"Wow, so cute!" Little Pear hugged it tightly, unable to put it down, and said happily, "Thank you, Grandma!"

Grandma looked her up and down, then smiled and said, "Little Yang, how have you been lately?"

Little Pear smiled and said, "Grandma, it's me, Little Pear! Sister Zhou Yang didn't come!"

"Oh, Xiaoli didn't come. It's alright, it's alright. We'll invite her next time. Grandma will make her some chicken soup!" Grandma picked up the rabbit from her other hand and put it in Chu Yang's hand: "Arong, go kill this chicken and pluck its feathers. I'll go start the fire first."

Chu Yang looked at the fluffy rabbit but didn't correct it. He replied, "Okay, Grandma, I'll go kill it right away."

At this moment, Lou Chunyue also came over. Grandma paused, looked at her for a while, and smiled: "Good girl, Grandma will make you some chicken soup."

Lou Chunyue smiled gently: "Thank you, Grandma."

Grandma turned and left, and you could still vaguely hear her muttering to herself: "This one is good, easy to raise, will have many children, the baby won't go hungry..."

Lou Chunyue: "..."

"Little Pear, Spring Moon, come and eat!" Tony Fang came over with a fruit platter.

Old Chu then brought out bamboo rice, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted corn, and a whole roasted suckling pig!

"These are all the resort's specialty dishes. Try them and see how they taste!"

Little Pear's beautiful eyes lit up as she grabbed a roast suckling pig and started to eat it.

Suddenly realizing something was wrong, she quickly stopped and saw everyone staring at her, causing her pretty face to blush.

"I, I'm actually not very hungry, um."

They looked so adorable that Old Chu and Tony Fang laughed.

"Silly girl, eat whatever you want, eat as much as you want, Auntie loves you just the way you are!"

"One isn't enough, Uncle will bake you another one!"

"Yes, eat up, don't be shy." Chu Yang removed a roast suckling pig leg and handed it to Xiao Lizi.

"Then I'll eat it." Little Pear ate happily, her cheeks puffed out, and her eyes smiled into crescent moons: "Delicious, I love it."

"Sister Chunyue, here you go." Chu Yang handed another piece to Lou Chunyue.

"Thank you." Lou Chunyue took it and took a bite: "Mmm, delicious. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender."

Upon receiving the praise, Old Chu beamed with joy: "Eat first, your grandma is cooking chicken soup. If there's anything else you want to eat, we'll catch it for you as long as it's available in the mountains!"

Little Pear blinked: "Are there still wild boars in the mountains?"

Old Chu and Tony Fang were taken aback, recalling the wild boar incident from last time, and then they thought of Li Qingshu and Zhou Yang.

Then they all glared at Chu Yang simultaneously.

Chu Yang remained expressionless: "Wild boar meat is too coarse and not tasty. I'll take you up the mountain to hunt pheasants later."

"Okay, then we'll have to bring our slingshots!" Little Pear said happily.

Chu Yang twitched the corner of his mouth: "Forget about the slingshot, you almost turned my butt into a sieve last time."

…

In the end, he couldn't escape the fate of being hit on the buttock by a slingshot.

Little Pear's slingshot skills improved more and more, and she never missed a shot, hitting him with every single one.

However, two pheasants were caught.

Luckily, we didn't encounter any wild boars this time we went up the mountain.

As night fell, the resort lit up with colorful ambient lights.

The open space was filled with the glow of lanterns, and barbecue grills were lit. Everyone gathered around to barbecue, eat glutinous rice balls for the Winter Solstice, drink some wine, and sing karaoke, creating a festive atmosphere.

Xiao Li and Chun Yue didn't drink baijiu (Chinese liquor), but instead drank Tony Fang's homemade fruit wine, which had a sweet and sour taste that was just as good as a cocktail.

Then Little Pear got drunk again, and suddenly became very enthusiastic about dancing, spinning around and jumping.

Her graceful dance moves and agile postures were like a forest sprite or a colorful butterfly fluttering in the air.

Long, slender legs, a waist so slender it could be encircled with one hand, arms so supple they seemed boneless—every movement was so light and graceful, like a flower in full bloom.

"Xiao Li dances so beautifully, she's like a fairy!" Tang Wenfang exclaimed in admiration.

"Great, great, it looks beautiful!" Grandma was beaming with joy.

After a while, Little Pear probably got tired of jumping and spun around towards Chu Yang.

Chu Yang reached out and put his arm around her. Seeing her drowsy eyes, she murmured, "Mmm, I'm sleepy."

Old Chu and Tony Fang both laughed.

"Take her to rest quickly."

"It's the same room, I've cleaned it all up."

It was the same room, the one where I slept with Shu'er and Zhou Yang.

Chu Yang picked up Xiao Lizi and put her on the bed.

"You go to sleep first, Chunyue and I will come over later."

Little Pear responded softly.

After Chu Yang covered her with the blanket, he left the room.

After they came out, they saw that Lou Chunyue looked somewhat forlorn.

"Mom and Dad, Grandma, I'm taking Chunyue for a walk."

Then he took Lou Chunyue's hand, walked out of the villa, and went down the stone steps.

The moonlight was bright, and all around was quiet, with only the soft footsteps of the two people.

"Sister Chunyue, are you in a bad mood?" Chu Yang squeezed her hand and asked softly.

Lou Chunyue raised her hand to smooth a strand of hair from her forehead: "Yes, a little."
