Mu Ruoyan turned around and saw Ji Zhuo, who was still sitting, his expression calm. He turned back to wait for Lin Xihe's answer. He hadn't intended to do it quietly, and this matter couldn't be done quietly anyway.
Ji Zhuo strode into the courtyard, his gaze sweeping over Gu Qinghuai before landing on Lin Xihe, and softly called out, "Madam."
He always called her "Xi'er," but today he unusually called her "Madam."
He walked straight to Lin Xihe's side, his arm naturally wrapped around her waist, and gently pulled her into his embrace.
Then, he looked at Gu Qinghuai, his tone calm but with a hint of aloofness: "General Gu is here too."
