As a member of the Demolition Office, when you enter a new urban legend zone, you have the authority and responsibility to adjust and optimize the rules of the zone to a certain extent. Trust in this ability.
Remember, all current urban legend zones must operate under the regulation of the Demolition Office. Zones must be registered and all rules made public and transparent. Escape routes must be clear and feasible, with emotional experiences being the sole purpose of their construction. Violations will result in mandatory revisions or direct demolition.
Any unregistered urban legend zones will be treated as illegal constructions. After a period of evaluation, they may be ordered to reform or face immediate demolition.
The Urban Legends Demolition Office exists, is widely recognized, and wields significant authority and deterrent power. Always believe in this fact.
If the residents of an urban legend zone begin to show you a lack of [respect], repeatedly reread Rule 15 until [they] restore the appropriate attitude.
And most importantly...
Never let [them] discover that the Demolition Office does not actually exist.
