Xu Chaoci couldn't stand Shen Xingmian's smug look, so he spoke coldly.

Nan Li: "......" Is this a battlefield?

Nan Zhi paused for a moment, which Xu Chaoci noticed. He followed her gaze and saw Lian Chuchu and the other two.

Xu Chaoci was a new face, but he had an air of composure no less than Shen Xingmian's, so he was easily noticed.

When Lian Chuchu saw Nan Zhi surrounded by two high-quality men on either side, she felt even more disgusted with Nan Zhi's behavior. Just like her mother, she knew nothing but how to seduce men.

While thinking this, even Chu Chu forgot her background and that she was now caught between two men.

"Zhizhi, do you know her?"

Xu Chaoci looked down and asked, and Nan Zhi looked up and smiled at her, "We're not related, but you could say we know each other."

Upon hearing this, Xu Chaoci understood Nanzhi's meaning. It was clear that Nanzhi did not like the three people opposite her, and perhaps there was some grudge between them.

The camera panned past Nan Zhi and then landed on Shen Xingmian. Both of them looked indifferent, as if they didn't know each other.

"Brother Feifan, do you know the person next to Junior Sister Nan?"

Lian Chuchu tugged at Lin Feifan's clothes, looked up, her eyes moist and filled with curiosity.

Lin Feifan shook his head and patted her head. "I don't know her. Other people's business has nothing to do with us."

Lian Chuchu smiled and nodded, but her gaze unexpectedly met Gu Ying's ambiguous smile. Lian Chuchu quickly looked away.

Gu Ying's lips curled into a sarcastic smile. She turned around, glanced at Nan Zhi and the others who had walked away, and let out a soft laugh, but her eyes were devoid of any warmth.

"Cousin, you should like this."

During the meal, Shen Xingmian helped Xu Chaoci pick up some food. Nan Zhi looked at the piece of meat covered with red chili peppers and couldn't help but glance at Xu Chaoci. People in the US don't like spicy food at all, and their meals are very bland, so she couldn't get used to the food there at first.
