Gu Rongqi hadn't yet realized what had happened.

Cheng Qicai inwardly cried out that she was incredibly unlucky! But she still obediently pulled over to the side of the road.

The police officer asked, "Excuse me, why isn't this handsome guy in the back wearing a helmet?"

Cheng Qicai smiled and said, "Excuse me, officer, there's a traffic jam up ahead. I was just taking my boss to the airport on my electric scooter."

The police officer looked Gu Rongqi up and down. Seeing that he was well-dressed, he didn't seem like he was lying. "Do you have any identification?"

"Yes! Yes! Yes!" Cheng Qicai nodded repeatedly and took the documents out of the bicycle basket.

The police officer checked her identification, returned it to her, and pointed to another officer behind her, saying, "Go over there and handle this."

Cheng Qicai drove Gu Rong to another policeman's place.

The police checked and found it was the first time, so they just gave a warning: "Remember to wear a helmet next time. Your hairstyle is not as important as your life."

Cheng Qicai took her processing form and glanced back at Gu Rongqi's hairstyle after hearing this.

Her hair was neatly combed into a slicked-back style with hair wax, clearly showing that it had been carefully styled.

Hearing the policeman's words, Cheng Qicai found it somewhat amusing. The corners of her mouth that had just curled up turned up, but remembering the policeman's identity, she coughed twice and suppressed her laughter.

"Okay, thank you, officer."

"Mr. Gu, I feel like it's pretty unlucky for the two of us to be together." The teasing tone, still carrying a lingering smile, swept over my heart.

Either Cheng Qicai injured her hand, or Gu Rongqi was splashed with water, and now the two of them have been caught violating the rules together.

Gu Rongqi thought about it and realized it was indeed as she said. His tone couldn't help but chuckle. "Indeed, it's quite unlucky."

It's quite interesting, though.
