On the day Gu's mother and Su Yanli returned, Gu Qingyue and Su Xi went to the airport to pick them up. This was the first time Gu Qingyue and Su Xi had met since their unhappy parting that night.

Su Yanli also laughed.

After a while, Mother Gu said to Su Yanli, "Christmas is in two days. Can you invite Hengsheng to your house for dinner?"
