Su Jin sat on the bed grilling.
She had just declined Shen Yanxiu's request to stay overnight.

Su Jin's smile faded. She thought quietly for a moment, then held out her hand. "Give me your phone."
Lin Shi took out her phone and handed it to her.
Su Jin opened the text message.
[Jiang]: Did you tell her?
[Jiang]: Please, I'm begging you, please talk to her.
