After the midterm exams, the grade rankings were posted downstairs in the respective teaching buildings, and many people gathered in front of each ranking, including Bai Qianqian.
Bai Qianqian wasn't really interested in the ranking, because she knew her own grades. So, she subconsciously started looking for Xie Wei's name from the back to see how much he had improved.
Instead of finding Xie Wei's name, Bai Qianqian discovered Qi Shou and the others' names. All of them were in the top 100 of their grade, which surprised Bai Qianqian, as she hadn't noticed this at all.
Then I heard girls nearby talking about Xie Wei: "Xie Wei got first place again this time, he's amazing! He's so handsome, good at sports, and his grades are so good too."
"Yeah, I heard he participated in the city's physics competition during his entrance exam and won first place. That's really amazing!"
Bai Qianqian was stunned when she heard the first half of the sentence. She suddenly raised her head and looked at the top.
Xie Wei's name stood there, next to a score that was close to perfect, more than forty points ahead of the second place, which was Bai Qianqian.
Xie Wei was still lying on the table, the warm sunlight shining on his lazy body. He was playing with a purple pen in his hand, and he was smiling. It was a pen that Xie Wei had shamelessly gotten from Bai Qianqian.

"Pfft!" Bai Qianqian looked at Xie Wei, who was acting like a good boy in front of her, and accidentally laughed out loud. She had originally wanted to maintain a serious atmosphere.
When Bai Qianqian learned Xie Wei's true grades, her first reaction was to be happy for him. Then she felt that she was even less compatible with him and felt somewhat disappointed.
But when I arrived at the classroom and saw Xie Wei grinning foolishly with a pen in his hand, my disappointment vanished. I wanted to tease Xie Wei, but I didn't expect Xie Wei's reaction to be so adorable.
