Through the binoculars, Qin Haochen could clearly see little one with her crescent-shaped eyes talking on the phone.
For the first time, he felt that it was very right for his third son, Qin Lvzheng, to own this building.
Qin Haochen spoke gently, "Ann, your third brother is busy. Are you feeling bored?"
"No~ Ann has things to do too~" Qin Sui’an replied, her task being to look at her daddy through the binoculars.
Curious, Qin Haochen asked, "What are you doing, Ann?"
Qin Sui’an smiled and pointed at the binoculars beside her, "Looking at Daddy through the binoculars~"
Qin Haochen was momentarily stunned, then the smile on his lips deepened.
He glanced at the time; there was still more than half an hour until lunch. Little one would likely stay at Lvzheng’s side for lunch, so he said, "I’ll come find you later."
"Daddy is coming to third brother’s office?" Qin Sui’an’s little face lit up with joy, and she immediately looked toward her third brother, who was back at his desk.
Qin Lvzheng heard her and looked at her in surprise. "Dad is coming over?"
He didn’t mind; he was just surprised since his dad had never come to his office before.
Qin Haochen’s voice came through the phone, "Yes, I’ll be having lunch with you."
Qin Sui’an promptly relayed this to her third brother, "Third brother, Daddy is coming to have lunch with us!"
Qin Lvzheng nodded, "Okay, I’ll have someone prepare for it."
Qin Sui’an was happy to think she would see her daddy soon, her little voice bubbling with excitement, "How long until Daddy is done?"
Qin Haochen checked the time, "About an hour."
The father and daughter chatted a bit longer before ending the call.
Qin Sui’an carried the phone to her third brother’s desk, tiptoeing to place it on the table. "Third brother, here’s your phone~"
Seeing her strain to tiptoe, her cheeks flushed pink, Qin Lvzheng couldn’t help but chuckle. He paused his work and gently asked, "What does Ann want to eat for lunch?"
"Anything is fine~" Qin Sui’an had a craving but wasn’t picky about food, usually eating whatever was available.
Her round, bright eyes blinked curiously as she asked back, "What does third brother want to eat?"
Qin Lvzheng didn’t favor any particular food; usually, if he didn’t dine at Bay Villa, his assistant would arrange meals for him.
The law firm didn’t have a cafeteria but had a partnership with a five-star restaurant. Employees usually chose their meals and had them delivered from the restaurant.
In fact, it wasn’t much different from lunch boxes, just that the prices were higher, and the dishes were more upscale compared to ordinary takeout.
Qin Lvzheng felt that letting his sister Ann eat a lunch box seemed a bit unfair to her; he could eat casually, but she shouldn’t have to.
Having heard her third brother’s thoughts, Qin Sui’an quickly chimed in before he could hesitate, "Ann wants a lunch box~" 𝐟𝚛𝕖𝚎𝕨𝗲𝐛𝚗𝐨𝐯𝐞𝕝.𝐜𝗼𝗺
Qin Lvzheng hesitated a bit, then said, "I’ll check the menu. That restaurant has quite a variety of dishes; Ann can choose first."
"Okay~" Qin Sui’an obediently stood by, watching as her third brother tapped on his phone.
Qin Lvzheng had his assistant send over a new menu, stretched his long legs to the ground, and turned his office chair halfway.
He reached out and pulled Ann into his arms, then held the phone out for her to see. "What does Ann want to eat?"
