Jiang Si picked up the bottle of salt water on the table and glanced at it; it contained tomato sauce and the like.
Hu Meili nodded, "This is how it's done in my hometown. In the summer, we make sauce out of tomatoes that we can't finish eating."
"I saw that these tomatoes in your garden were rotting, which was a shame, so I made some for you."
"No salt was added. You can adjust the seasoning yourself when you eat it. It tastes especially good when mixed with noodles or stir-fried vegetables."
"Oh, right, I also pickled some green beans and pickled cucumbers for you. They're good for your appetite."
