Chapter 32 Captain Song, a leopard can't change its spots
"Oh, isn't this Captain Song?" Xu Songning turned around, looking indifferent. He had guessed roughly why Captain Song had come to see him. The truth had come out.

I just asked her to pay more attention to you. Looks like she found out."
Song Qing'an remained silent, only staring intently at Xu Songning. "I don't believe it!"

Song Qing'an was left standing there, staring at her retreating figure with a gloomy expression.
Lu Xiaomeng looked at her sister Xu in horror, holding her hand with one hand and Captain Xiang's hand with the other. The three of them remained silent until they reached a less crowded area. Only then did Xu Songning let go of her hand, turn around, put her hands on her hips, and grit her teeth.

Xu Songning chuckled and couldn't help but laugh, putting his arm around Xiang Yun's shoulder. "Oh my, he really got caught red-handed! It's hilarious. That's what you call getting what you deserve!"
"Serves him right! Luckily, Sister Meng isn't naive and saw through this hypocritical man early on!" Lu Xiaomeng spat at him.
"You two are having a lively conversation?" Xiang Yun's gaze was as light as a feather, yet it was captivating, as he glanced at Xu Songning, who was laughing happily.
Xu Songning turned her head to look at him, a smile playing on her lips. "We chatted for a few days, but we couldn't connect, so I stopped paying attention to him. It was just a colleague relationship."
"I vouch for Sister Xu! Captain Xiang, you can rest assured." Lu Xiaomeng held up three fingers.
Xu Songning gently elbowed her in the lower abdomen, and Lu Xiaomeng immediately withdrew her hand, smiling as she looked at the two of them.
“Okay, I believe you. Unlike some people, who are unreasonable.” Xiang Yun said softly.
"..." It seems that Captain Song's matter will be a topic of jokes for some time to come.
"Would you like to have dinner together, Captain Xiang?" Lu Xiaomeng extended an invitation.
