"Jiang Yao, why can't you just let it go?" Jiang Zhi asked softly. "Hatred will only make you more miserable. Why can't you choose to forgive?" Jiang Yao raised her head and looked at Jiang Zhi, her eyes filling with tears. "Forgive? That's easy for you to say! You stole my happiness, how can I forgive you?" Jiang Zhi shook her head. "I didn't take your happiness away. Happiness is something you have to earn yourself. How can you feel happiness if you're always living in hatred?"
Jiang Yao fell silent, her eyes filled with confusion and pain. She knew Jiang Zhi had a point, but she couldn't let it go. She felt like her life had been ruined by Jiang Zhi, and she had no future.
Jiang Zhi felt a pity for Jiang Yao as she watched her pain. She knew Jiang Yao was in dire straits, but she still hoped she could get back on her feet and start her life over again. "Jiang Yao, you still have a long life ahead of you. Don't give up on yourself because of a momentary mistake. You can start over if you want," Jiang Zhi said.
Jiang Yao didn't say anything, she just shed silent tears. She knew she had no choice. Her actions had violated the law and she would face legal sanctions. She regretted her actions, but it was too late.
The author has something to say:
In this chapter, Jiang Yao's attack brings the story to a tense climax. Jiang Zhi's calmness and courage in the face of danger are admirable, while Jiang Yao's stubbornness and madness are also regrettable. This story teaches us that hatred only leads to pain and despair, while tolerance and understanding bring true happiness. I hope we can all learn to let go of hatred and face life's challenges with love and tolerance. At the same time, I hope everyone will cherish the people around them and avoid impulsive actions that will lead to regret.
