Wang Li picked up Xu Chen's teacup, took a small sip of tea, and immediately felt refreshed by its fragrance. Then she listened intently to her husband's conversation with Zhao Yi.
"You are one of my juniors."
"Dream on! You think you can find such a great junior just by buying a few cartons of cigarettes?"
Xu Chen didn't answer Zhao Yi's question directly, instead changing the subject. Zhao Yi, being astute, quickly understood Xu Chen's meaning and immediately changed the topic. The two chatted for a long time, and as they talked, Wang Li, who had initially felt nervous, even fell into a deep sleep.
"Lili, let's go." Xu Chen shook Wang Li awake and took her hand as they went downstairs.
"Oh, it's so late?" Wang Li glanced at her phone and felt a little regretful. She should have known better than to go upstairs with Xu Chen. She didn't get to eat any snacks and only got a sip of tea.
"No rush, everyone's still here. This is a very important matter today, it might be quite late. Let's ignore them, eat more, and then go home!"
"Okay!"
Just as Xu Chen and his wife were devouring the desserts, Gao Shenghu hesitated for a moment before walking up to Xu Chen and saying, "Hello, Young Master Xu, I'm truly sorry about what happened at the door just now. I was blind..."
"Mr. Gao, why are you apologizing to me?"
"Because I offended..."

Watching Xu Chen and his companion walk away, Gao Shenghu felt somewhat bewildered, shook his head, and went to find his business partner.
