Chapter 88 I Confess My Love to You

Chapter 88 I Confess My Love to You

Warm, soft, and seems real.

Can hallucinations be so real?

Seville's body was as stiff as a petrified statue. He didn't react at all and remained motionless in the same position as when he was kissed.

He was frightened by Darien's sudden abnormality and was at a loss for words. Although he often secretly recalled their kisses, being kissed suddenly made him more surprised than happy.

Darien's head was dizzy, and after taking a bite of Seville he suddenly felt embarrassed because he didn't get a response.

He kicked Seville angrily, then dragged himself up and tried to get out of the skylight.

"What's wrong with you?" Sevier finally came to his senses and quickly hugged his waist to prevent him from crawling out.

"Get out." Darien kicked his legs impatiently, but was held tighter.

"Why did you kiss me just now? Did something happen?" Seville didn't have time to think about it, but was thinking about how to coax his master down.

"Don't always ask me, you have to learn to think for yourself." Darien couldn't get rid of Sewell, and his entire upper body was stuck in the window, feeling extremely uncomfortable.

The night sky above them was beautiful, but they had no time to appreciate it. Instead, they were confused by the sudden memory.

Darien had no intention of explaining, while Sewell was determined to verify the facts, so the two of them were stuck in a stalemate.

"Dear master, I can't think of a conclusion. Can you tell me that I can't guess your heart?" Sewell still hugged Darien's waist and said earnestly.

"Let go," Darien said.

"No." Seville dared to refuse.

Darien wanted to scold him, but scolding him probably wouldn't do any good, so they were at a stalemate again.

The hand across his waist tightened even more, as if worried that he would jump directly from the roof after climbing out.

The wind blew from the direction of the mountains, and the accumulated snow caressed the green grass, bringing a few wisps of grass and wood fragrance.

Darien was blown by the wind for a long time, and his head finally stopped feeling dizzy, but he wanted to escape even more.

Those memories returned to their original places. Sewell said that he could not read his mind, and he also wanted to escape from his own heart very much. Things should not have developed like this.

If only he hadn't remembered it, then he would never have felt embarrassed... Seville also remembered it, right? Darien suddenly remembered that Seville also tasted a piece of fish.

"Do you remember?" he asked tentatively.

"What did you remember?" Seville's mind was full of the kiss, and he couldn't understand the meaning of this sentence for a moment.

Darien let go, and then he and Sevier fell down on the haystack.

The kerosene lamp was placed far away from the haystack. Darien's face was backlit, while Seville's face was illuminated by the dim light and looked flawless.

"You didn't drink the potion, did you?" Darien said in a firm tone.

In fact, he was not sure, but Seville did not look drowsy, and it did not seem like the fish had taken effect.

"Master." Seville said only one sentence and then closed his mouth.

His expression didn't show any guilt, but rather sadness. His eyes were drooping, as if he wanted to sigh, but also seemed a little relieved.

"I see." Darien said expressionlessly, "How dare you lie to me? Do you think it's fun to lie to me for months?"

"I'm sorry." Sewell's voice was so soft that it was almost inaudible.

They had just fallen into a heap, with Darien still sitting on Sewell's lap, their posture ambiguous but their words arguing.

"Weren't you very brave before?" Darien had no intention of getting off Sevier's body. Instead, he moved his butt and found a more comfortable position to continue sitting.

The atmosphere became subtle. Mr. Wizard spoke harsh words, but his body was soft. Mr. Crow could feel that his dearest master seemed to be very angry.

"My love for you has never changed." Seville became bolder. "Do you want to see my heart? It is bright red and beating. It is jumping for joy for you."

"You can't see it unless you dig it out. I'm only sure of one thing, it's not bright red, but black. You say you love me and then lie to me. You're so brave." Darien poked Savior's chest hard, making his shirt full of wrinkles.

"Do you love me?" Sewell took his hand, put his face on it and looked at him.

The kerosene lamp was not bright, but Darien could see Sewell's face clearly. He put his hands on that face, holding the hopeful expression. He could choose to catch it or smash it with his own hands.

"I love you." Seville didn't get an immediate response from him, but he didn't look disappointed. Instead, he boldly turned his face a little and kissed Darien's fingers with his lips.

"You love me." Darien didn't pull his hand away, but let his kiss linger a little longer.

"I love you." Sewell raised his eyes to Darien, as the stars gaze upon their moon.

"Call my name." Darien released his hand and stroked the side of his face bit by bit.

"Darian," said Sewell.

Bang!

Darien raised his hand and slapped him hard, with great force and loud sound.

"Think clearly about where you went wrong, and then tell me." Darien got up from Sevier, patted the straw on his body, and left the attic.

He took the kerosene lamp with him, leaving Sewell alone in the attic.

The attic was dark, but Sewell laughed softly.

He seemed to know the answer.

After leaving the attic, Darian went straight to sleep on the small bed. The pillow was very soft and smelled of lavender. There must be some lavender wrapped in the pillow core to help him sleep.

Perhaps because of his fluctuating mood, he was more tired than usual. Before waiting for Seville's reflection, he closed his eyes and fell asleep accidentally.

When he woke up the next day, he didn't see Seville in the room. The bed on the other side was neatly made, as if it had never been slept in.

Getting up was not a happy thing in the first place, and when Darien saw the empty bed next to him, he became even more unhappy.

He stepped on the slippers, kicked them off, then walked over and messed up the neatly made bed, finally feeling a little happy.

After changing clothes and walking out of the living room, breakfast was already on the table. It was bread with thick butter in the middle and hand-ground coffee.

Liana greeted him with a smile: "Good morning! How did you sleep last night?"

Darien said, "I slept well. The smell of lavender is really helpful. How about everyone else?"

Liana said, "Mrs. Fitch and her husband went to the ranch to ride horses. Mr. Sewell didn't tell us where he was going. He just said not to wake you and to put two sugar cubes in your coffee. So should I help you or do it yourself?"

Darien said, "I'll do it myself."

Liana pushed the sugar bowl over.

Darien absentmindedly picked up two sugar cubes and dropped them into his coffee cup, stirring it absentmindedly. He didn't know how long he stirred before taking his first sip.

Poof. He didn't really spit it out. This was his mood at the moment. This cup of coffee tasted sour and bitter!

He quickly stuffed the cream bread into his mouth, and the sweet cream saved his taste buds.

Liana finished the coffee at the bottom of her cup without changing her expression on the other side of the table, then opened the door and walked out. Now Darien was the only one left in the room.

Darien ate the butter bread carefully, but no matter how careful he was, his fingers accidentally got the butter on them.

Do you want to lick it? Or eat one more and then lick it.

Mr. Mage chose to eat one more.

More cream was on my fingers, and now that there was no one around, I could lick it to my heart's content.

Seville pushed the door open and walked in, holding a large bouquet of flowers in his arms. The colors were Darien's favorite blue-purple and light yellow.

Darien was about to lick his fingers when he heard the noise and turned back.

"Good morning, dear Darien." Sewell politely took the flowers and placed them in his arms. "I hope this bouquet of beautiful flowers can bring you a good mood for the day."

When he finished speaking, he saw the cream on Darien's fingers that he hadn't yet retracted, so he bent down and kissed his hand.

Darien quickly withdrew his hand and glared at him fiercely: "What's wrong with you today? Don't be like this..."

Something's wrong! Something's very wrong! Why is Mr. Crow so unusually... Darien thought for a moment about the adjectives and felt that the crow's behavior was somewhere between lascivious and dissolute.

Seville sighed: "Don't you like this? Okay, I'll remember it."

Darien held out his hand to him: "Handkerchief."

Sewell took out a handkerchief from his pocket, but instead of handing it to him, he half-knelt beside him, gently took his hand, and wiped his knuckles one by one.

It's a bit too corny.

While enjoying himself, Darien nervously paid attention to the movements outside the door to avoid being seen by others.

There was no movement outside the door, but there was movement through the open window. Liana leaned against the window and said, "I told you two were lovers. How could a master and a housekeeper be so intimate? I caught you today!"

Darien turned around and almost couldn't help glaring at her: "Miss Lianna, you are so scary."

Lianna knew that her behavior was not very moral, so she quickly retreated and closed the window.

Now no one would disturb them.

But Darien felt embarrassed, so he broke free from Sevier's hand, stood up, and tried to walk away.

He was still holding the bouquet of flowers in his arms, and it was not convenient to leave with it in his hands, so he stuffed it back to Sevier.

"Keep it for me. I want to see it when I return to the farmhouse. Also, tell me someday what you did wrong. I don't want to talk to you until I get a satisfactory answer." Darien glanced at him, then walked out with his head held high.

"Dear master, I shouldn't have concealed the fact that I didn't drink the amnesia potion," said Sewell.

"I don't want to hear this." Darien got angry when he heard this.

So what did he want to hear? Sewell began to think rapidly.

Darien was already angry, but he decided to give Sewell one last chance.

"I should have confessed my love for you earlier and pursued you," Sewell said, "instead of keeping these feelings to myself and using my position to flirt with you."

He was still trying to think of what other crimes he could have committed, but he noticed that Darien's face was getting redder and redder.

So he didn't continue to make up the story, but just said the boldest words.

"I love you, will you let me pursue you?" said Seville.
