Her Mission 6

"It's just that... the laws of nature are unpredictable. You have your mission, and so do I."

"Are you saying that everything you did was... your mission? Someone asked you to do this?" Su Yin was shocked when he heard the peculiar meaning in Rong Hua's words, and then asked immediately.

Rong Hua didn't deny it and looked back at her. His robe was whiter than snow, and his jade-like face had a pair of eyes as clear as the spring water from the Tianshan Mountains. His eyes, which had originally been emotionless, looked at Su Yin, and a hint of hope appeared in them. "Are you still going back to Shenghan?"

Return to Shenghan? Su Yin frowned slightly and did not answer.

"What if I return to Shenghan Mountain? We have come such a long way. Can you give up? Can the people behind you give up? My return to Shenghan Mountain is just the beginning of a new killing. What's the point?" Su Yin answered sullenly. Her voice was very soft, as if she was only talking to herself.

"It's me, I'm too persistent." Rong Hua shook her head lightly, feeling a little ridiculous about her own behavior. Why, even though she was already growing up, she was acting childishly? Indeed, things had come to this point, and there was really no turning back.

They all have their own missions.

Rong Hua took a deep breath and cleared away the resentment in his heart, "You, don't like Shenghan." It was not a question, but a confirmation.

"Yeah." Su Yin nodded. "I like pure things. Black is black, white is white. But when something is clearly the opposite of myself, I pretend to be pure and flawless. Isn't that ridiculous?"

"Interesting." Rong Hua curled the corners of his mouth and was not angry at Su Yin's suggestive words.

And Su Yin seemed to have known that Rong Hua could no longer do anything to her, so she let out all the anger in her heart.

"You're obviously worse than the demons, aren't you? You said you sent me into the world so you could truly see it through my eyes, right?"

Su Yin chuckled sarcastically, "But the more clearly I see, the more disgusted I feel. Ever since I arrived at Shenghan Mountain, I've been desperately seeking freedom, but now it seems like what have I found? My heart is clearly a huge cage. How can I get out?"

"I desperately wanted to find a paradise where I could escape, hide away, and no longer have to face all the cunning things. However, I never realized that there are some things that you have to face no matter what."

"So, have you decided?" Rong Hua interrupted Su Yin and asked lightly.

"Master, this is the last time I call you Master." Su Yin raised his head and smiled brightly with a hint of bitterness. He was clearly smiling, but it looked like he was crying.

"Man can conquer nature, and everything depends on human effort. Master, which one do you believe in more?" Su Yin raised his little face desperately, eagerly waiting for his answer.

His hands unconsciously clenched, and a solemn expression appeared on his face. Rong Hua quieted his voice and said word by word, "I believe you."

"Believe me?" A tear welled up in her eye and slowly fell. Su Yin's smile gradually faded, and her entire face was covered with unspeakable sadness. Her voice trembled uncontrollably, "But... I don't want to believe in myself at all. What should I do?"
