Qin Yanxiu raised his eyes and glanced at her, then said to Grandma Xu, "I'm not picky about food, but will it be too disturbing?"

Qin Yanxiu stood up and headed towards the kitchen: "I'll go help too."
Xu Yousheng stood there, feeling angry and a little stunned.
Qin Yanxiu has always been strong and domineering. This time she refused so bluntly and showed no mercy, but he was not angry at all. He even rushed to help as if nothing had happened.

Before she could figure it out, she suddenly heard sounds like a quarrel in the kitchen, and she hurried in to see what was going on.
Yang Suzhou wanted to help cook, and Qin Yanxiu also wanted to help. One of them held the spatula while the other held the dishes, and neither of them gave in.

Xu Yousheng smiled and said, "That's good."
Qin Yanxiu stared at her crescent eyes and gritted his teeth. Why didn't you ask him? She was still smiling so happily.
I felt depressed, as if a huge rock was pressing on me.
In the end, every dish on the table was spicy, even the stir-fried vegetables were added with dried chilies.
Grandma Xu greeted the two of them: "These are all home-cooked dishes, don't be shy, eat more."

Xu Yousheng pretended that Qin Yanxiu didn't exist and just asked Yang Suzhou to eat more.
Qin Yanxiu ate a piece of fish fillet. As soon as he took a bite, the spicy taste penetrated into his esophagus. His throat felt itchy and he couldn't help coughing.
"Are you okay?" Grandma Xu asked, "Is it not to your liking?"
"No," Qin Yanxiu curled his lips, "Grandma's cooking skills are very good."
"That's fine. Eat more. Suzhou, you should eat too."
Qin Yanxiu didn't show any pain on his face, but every bite he took felt like a ball of fire burning down his esophagus, causing even his ears and temples to ache slightly.
After the meal, he drank three large glasses of water.
Grandma Xu smiled and said, "I didn't expect you could eat spicy food."
"It's okay." Qin Yanxiu said with difficulty.
After dinner, it was almost dark. Yang Suzhou was about to go back. He asked Qin Yanxiu, "Teacher Qin, have you booked accommodation? Do you want me to take you there?"
Qin Yanxiu looked at Xu Yousheng. She didn't say anything and didn't look at him.
"Thank you for your kindness. I have already asked."

Qin Yanxiu had to leave no matter how much he didn't want to. He knew Xu Yousheng would not keep him, so he left with Yang Suzhou.
After everyone left, Xu Yousheng helped her grandmother clean up the kitchen. Her grandmother smiled and asked, "Nannan, the friend you mentioned last time you called me, is that the young man here today?"
Xu Yousheng paused. "It's not his grandmother. He's a big star, well-known to everyone. I'm just a small-time character, your granddaughter. How can I be related to him?"
Seeing her say this, grandma didn't ask any more questions.
Xu Yousheng accompanied the two of them for a walk in the village. Just as they were about to go back to wash up and rest, they suddenly received a call from the health center.
