Elisha saw this and asked curiously, "Are you this busy every day?"
David replied, "Yes," as he sorted through the papers.
"Urban governance is a major issue that requires continuous attention, especially now that Hebron is about to become the royal capital. We must seize the time to improve various facilities."
Then David looked up at Elisha's tired appearance and gently touched his head.
"You've worked hard today. Go get some rest early. We're going to visit some new places tomorrow."
