From behind, a vibrant voice rang out.
The man in the black robe slowly turned his head, revealing a pale and stiff face in the shadows of the alley. He stared at the woman for a moment, then slowly said, "Sipatia."
That woman was none other than Sipatia, whom we had encountered earlier.
She was holding a cup of Crimson Berry Syrup in her hand, which she waved at Absolon, saying, "As expected, the navy is here. That idiot Gugas didn't handle it well; three people weren't hit by my ability, but it doesn't matter much. There will be a good show tonight."
Upon hearing this, a slight smile appeared on Absolun's stiff face: "I encountered those marines. If I'm not mistaken, they're already killing each other."
"Oh? You used hallucinations? How awful..."
Sipatia chuckled, "No wonder you're a prisoner from the sixth level. But aren't you afraid of causing trouble by doing this during the day?"
“Within my power, no one can remain sober during the day…” Absolun said calmly.
"Hehehe, but someone was definitely awake yesterday."
"Sipatia".
Absolun's face darkened. "Don't challenge my authority."
"Alright, alright, I'm not going to say anymore."
Sipatia bent one leg like a young girl, took a sip of her drink, and licked the blood-like liquid around her lips with her tongue. She laughed and said, "If there's a good show, then let's go and see. I really enjoy watching people fight."
"Whatever, but first report on the progress. Is tonight okay?" Absolun said stiffly.
Sipatia twirled a strand of hair between her fingers, looked up at the sky, pondered for a moment, and said, "Hmm... according to his allegory, tonight should be the last one."
"Last what?"
"Of course, it's the final madness! Bloodshed, slaughter, and the despair after regaining consciousness—tsk tsk tsk, it's absolutely fantastic!"
Sipatia grinned, the arc reaching her ears, her once vibrant face now contorted in a grotesque grimace.
Then she noticed that Absolun's expression was off; the man was staring intently behind her.
And those words just now didn't seem to have come from Absolun.
Sipatia slowly turned her head and saw Kuro standing leisurely at the entrance of the alley. He took out a cigar, lit it silently, and then raised his head, the smoke drifting up his face.
"Hey, hello everyone."
