Chapter 292

"Wait a little longer." I was so engrossed in the story that I didn't want to leave.

A gust of wind blew by, bringing with it the stench of blood, making my stomach churn and causing me to gag.

"What's wrong?" You supported me, gently patting my back with one hand.

I looked up, suppressing the nausea in my heart, and gently shook my head. "It's nothing."

"Let's go back." You looked at me with concern.

"Okay." I nodded in agreement, though the stench of blood was making me want to vomit.

Just as You and I were about to leave, a dramatic reversal occurred on the battlefield.

A white-haired man suddenly appeared from the direction of Guixu, overcoming all obstacles and heading straight for Feng Su.

"Wu?" I stopped in my tracks, observing Wu's every move. "You, was Wu here before?"

"No." You shook her head gently, her dark eyes fixed on Wu on the battlefield, her gaze deep.

"Why did Wu suddenly appear?" I wondered to myself, and looked around the battlefield to see if Liu Lieyu was there.

Please, please don't let a Liu Lieyu appear, or I'll be too unlucky.

Fortunately, after looking for a long time without seeing Liu Lieyu, I felt a little relieved, knowing that I could only deal with it as a helpless situation.

While You and I were talking, Wu had already approached Feng Su. Feng Su naturally noticed Wu's figure as well, and the newcomers fought back and forth.

"You, hurry and catch Wu, don't let him get away," I said hastily. Feng Su was no match for Wu.

You glanced at it and refused, "No."

"Why?" I immediately understood. "Are you worried about me? Don't worry, I'm fine."

You glanced at Wu on the battlefield, then at me, still unwilling to leave.

I nudged You, "Go quickly, have you forgotten why Liu Lieyu escaped last time? It was because of the Mirror of Nothingness."

"I'll take you back first." You supported me, her expression calm and showing little interest in Wu.

"What if Wu escapes? They won't be able to catch him." I anxiously pointed at Wu again, "His mirror would be very useful if we could get it."

During the conversation, Feng Su gradually lost ground, and had several bruises on her body.

You remained unmoved, so I pushed her a few more times, "Go, go quickly."

"Don't move." You turned around, grabbed my hand that was pushing him away, and said, "I'll go, you just stay here and don't move." After saying that, he created a barrier with me as the center.

"You stay here," You instructed me earnestly before heading off to the battlefield to help Feng Su.

I stayed where I was, watching the situation with a tense expression. Feng Su was completely powerless to fight back. Other generals stepped forward to stop him, but none of them escaped. Was he really that powerful?

As I was engrossed in observing, a cold voice suddenly came from behind me, "Long time no see."

I froze, then slowly turned around to look. "Liu Lieyu!"

I instinctively stepped back, but suddenly my foot tripped over something and I fell to the ground with a thud.

"So afraid of me?" Liu Lieyu chuckled, but his eyes were icy cold.

Liu Lieyu was about to take a step closer to me when he was stopped by an invisible wall.

My stomach hurts so much. I frowned slightly and clutched my stomach.

Seeing Liu Lieyu standing still, I felt a little relieved. Luckily, You had been careful when she left.

"A barrier?" Liu Lieyu's lips curled into a sarcastic smile. "Do you really think it can stop me?"

I became wary; if Liu Lieyu were to break through the barrier, I would be in deep trouble.

I forced myself to stand up, thinking that if anything went wrong, I would have to run to You's side as soon as possible.

Liu Lieyu's face was icy cold. I don't know what method he used, but the next second, I heard a sound like glass shattering.

Everything happened so fast, I didn't even have time to escape.

Liu Lieyu grabbed my neck with one hand, his eyes filled with malice.

"You're pregnant?" Liu Lieyu's gaze shifted downwards, and his other hand caressed my lower abdomen.

I was terrified and my whole body went cold. What was Liu Lieyu going to do?

I didn't have time to think about the hand stuck around my neck; I was just staring intently at the pale hand on my lower abdomen.

"What's the panic?" Liu Lieyu noticed my panic, glanced at me, and the smile on his lips was chilling. "This child should call me uncle."

Liu Lieyu's hands were icy cold; the chill emanating from them seeped into my stomach through my clothes.

"Stomach ache?" Liu Lieyu didn't even lift his eyelids, his narrow eyes staring at my slightly protruding belly like a venomous snake.

When Liu Lieyu asked me that, I didn't believe he had any good intentions.

"Let me go!!" I tried to hit Liu Lieyu with both hands and feet, but Liu Lieyu was as hard as steel and seemed immune to my attacks.

A cruel smile suddenly appeared on Liu Lieyu's calm face.

The chill intensified, and the cold air emanating from Liu Lieyu's hand wafted wildly through my lower abdomen, causing it to ache.

My hands immediately stopped hitting Liu Lieyu, and instead I touched my lower abdomen in horror, staring wide-eyed as I demanded, "What did you do to me!"

Liu Lieyu just laughed and loosened his grip on my neck, but I didn't have time to run away. I was trapped in Liu Lieyu's arms.

His jet-black hair was blown by a gust of wind, with a few stray strands brushing against my face. His slender eyes were fixed on me, and an extremely rough kiss landed on my lips. Liu Lieyu's tongue tried to break through, but I kept my teeth clenched, not letting Liu Lieyu's tongue go in.

Liu Lieyu had no choice but to resort to fiddling with my lips. Suddenly, a sharp pain shot through my lower lip, followed by a metallic taste of blood in my mouth.

Seeing my pain, Liu Lieyu chuckled and let me go, tilting his head to whisper in my ear, his warm breath brushing against my ear, "See you next time, I hope you like the gift I left for you."

After Liu Lieyu finished speaking, he gently bit my earlobe, then laughed loudly and let go of me, slowly disappearing from my sight.

Just as I was wondering why Liu Lieyu let me go so easily, You's figure flashed out from behind me and chased after the place where Liu Lieyu had disappeared.

So it was You who came...

"Ouch, it hurts!" My groan instantly attracted You's attention.

You gave up chasing Liu Lieyu and hurriedly turned around to support me, "Xin'er, are you alright?"

"My stomach hurts, my stomach hurts." I gripped You's sleeve tightly with one hand, my words indistinct.

My stomach suddenly hurts so much, and I can feel the coldness emanating from it when I touch it.

The intense cramping pain made me delirious, and I couldn't stop groaning, "It hurts so much." The black hair at my temples was damp with cold sweat from my forehead, and I even felt something sticky between my legs.

"Xin'er, bear with it, I'll take you to see Doctor Zou." You stroked my stomach with one hand to relieve my pain and picked me up with the other.

"Our child, our child." I felt both pain and anxiety, and had a bad feeling.

I finally collapsed into You's arms and completely lost consciousness.
