Fortunately, nothing bad happened, and Wei Yue's explanation can be considered to have been initially completed.
Now that things were calm, Duanmu Ci asked the flight attendant for a glass of orange juice and then lay back in his seat, gazing at the drifting clouds through the window through Akishino's head, lost in thought. When he came to Japan, Wei Yue was by his side, and the two of them drank cocktails amidst the floating clouds. But now that he's back in China, he's with Wei Yue's younger sister... his junior sister, and the two of them are drinking orange juice...
To be honest, I don't really know how to describe this feeling.
This trip abroad resolved many issues and accomplished a great deal. In Kabukicho, Tokyo, the "Merciful and Merciful Rainy Night Duo" spectacularly took down two violent gangs on bicycles, rescuing several people and creating a media storm in Japan. I heard that the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is still investigating who those two unauthorized visitors were that night, though of course they will never get an answer.
They then visited the Ichinenbun Shrine, where Duanmu Ci met a true samurai, Terashima Moriyoshi, who was also Wei Yue's kendo teacher. Not only did he receive an introduction from the Inajukai and help from the deputy mayor of Kobe, but he also brought back a "bonus," which is now the Akishino-no-miya who is looking out the window at the drifting clouds.
Then they went to Kobe and, using the "back door" left behind by Gongshumo, carried out a magnificent "Night Parade of One Hundred Demons" interwoven with blood and fire, completely destroying the headquarters of the Yamahi Group and severing Morgan's black hand.
He then went to Chicago, where he stirred up a storm that shook the United States, subdued the arrogant Morgan family, and reaffirmed his and his family's status at the Rare Club. After returning to Tokyo, he and Genji plotted for the future position of Prime Minister of Japan.
This was a wonderful and fulfilling "cherry blossom season trip," and it can be said to have come to a perfect end.
Duanmu Ci couldn't help but smile slightly, his gaze unconsciously drifting towards Qiu Xiaogong again. Then, something suddenly occurred to him, and a headache struck him... Perhaps, it wasn't so perfect after all...
"Akishino Palace, Akishino Palace... How am I supposed to explain this to Bu Tongxun?"
At 20,000 feet in the air, Duanmu Ci suddenly changed his mind; he didn't want to go home anymore. (To be continued.)
