Bai Hao felt a chill run down his spine. Had he really forgotten something?!

Qin Nan: "Bai Hao?"
Bai Hao snapped out of his daze: "Huh? What's wrong?"
Qin Nan: What are you spacing out about?
Bai Hao: "It's nothing. If we don't go to the market at the sea, that's fine. The mirage will open tomorrow, and you can take a look from afar. There's nothing interesting or useful. It's perfect for watching Ranran with some idle people."
Qin Nan: "Okay, do you want to go see it?"
Bai Hao: "I won't go, but I promised to help Chen Tan and Shen Yan with some disguises and to hide their identities tomorrow. They're going to the market to buy some things."
Qin Nan: "Okay."
Meng Zhang: "Besides that, are you busy with something else?"
Bai Hao: "No, you received a reply from Zhu Jiuyin, so nothing will happen at the market, and naturally nothing will happen to me either."
Meng Zhang: "You haven't already contacted Jie Chong and Geng Chen and informed them of Chen Tan and Shen Yan's itinerary, have you?"
Bai Hao: "Otherwise?"
Meng Zhang: "When?"
Bai Hao: "I was so bored while waiting for Anan that I told her."
Meng Zhang: "...I really won't contact you if I need anything in the future!"
Bai Hao casually shrugged. He was used to being scolded and misunderstood. Even though he had never made things worse, no one was satisfied with his methods. Perhaps they didn't like his direct approach.
But shouldn't you just say you like someone directly? And shouldn't you sleep together and do things together if you're together?
He simply couldn't understand those drawn-out, hesitant ways of handling emotions.
Seeing Bai Hao remain unmoved and steadfast in his convictions, Meng Zhang sighed silently.
