"How are you feeling today?" a male voice suddenly asked.
Gu Fanyan raised her face and smiled slightly; the person she had arranged to meet had arrived.
The man was tall, with deep-set eyes and a high nose bridge, indicating that he had mixed foreign ancestry.
“It feels pretty good,” Gu Fanyan replied. “It would be even better if you could come half an hour earlier.”
“Oh,” the man said dismissively, “My Miss Gu, so what if I’m half an hour later? The business projects will still operate, and the money will still go into your pocket.”
“You’re too tense,” he shook his head. “You need to learn to enjoy life while making money.”
“I don’t quite understand what you’re saying, but if you had arrived half an hour later, I wouldn’t have signed this contract with you.”
Gu Fanyan pushed a contract in front of him, "I have to catch a flight to another city in three hours."

Gu Fanyan's heart skipped a beat; what he said was true.

The man got into her sports car.
The sports car slowly drove out of the parking lot.

The waiter took the tray back and also received the tip.

"Is he married?" Lin Zhibai asked.
The waiter nodded. "I heard that his wife is a beautiful woman from the East. Everyone who has seen her says she is as beautiful as an Eastern goddess... However, she never gives interviews or appears in the public media."
