On the first day of recording, the four couples dressed up nicely before leaving in the morning. The eight handsome men and beautiful women all appeared together, attracting passers-by who were unaware of the event to stop and watch. Some of them even took a few snaps with their phones of whoever they found attractive.
Once everyone had arrived, they lined up according to their assigned numbers.

The cheerful director was looking at the line-up while standing next to a bunch of cameramen who were carrying their equipment and following every move.
They were filming everything at the moment.
The show officially started. A representative from the production crew, who was the host, warmly welcomed everyone: "Welcome to ’We Got Married 2’. In behalf of the company, we warmly welcome you all."
Then, a few crew members and the four couples clapped together.
"The general procedure of ’We Got Married 2’ is almost similar to the first season. It’s a full variety show, where each couple will randomly pick one out of the four types of guesthouses chosen by the production crew as their residence for the next three days. At some point, an event will be held. There are prizes for those who perform well and for those who rank last, there are punishments."
As variety shows are mostly interactive, Zhan Zheng, who had been quietly listening, suddenly raised his hand and laughed, "What kind of punishments are there? Could you reveal a bit in advance so I can be mentally prepared? I might be last in the first activity."

Four dazzling cars sped off, reflecting a blinding light under the cruel mid-July sun.
When they arrived at the airport, everyone from the production crew got out of the cars. Only Yu Ting and Lu Nanchen seemed inactive.
To prevent Yu Ting from getting motion sick and vomit due to her pregnancy, Lu Nanchen had prepared some motion sickness patches in advance.
When they finally parked the car, Lu Nanchen didn’t rush to get out. He then turned to look at Yu Ting who was in the passenger seat applying a motion sickness patch behind her earlobe.
"Did you stick it well?"
"Uh-huh."
He parted Yu Ting’s hair and glanced at the area behind her ear. Once he was sure the patch was attached securely, they both finally got out of the car, a bit later than the rest of the crew.
When the crew realized they had left behind Yu Ting and Lu Nanchen, they waited for them for a while before catching the flight to Qingheng City.
Qingheng City was quite far from Jiang Qi City. It was a three-hour flight away.
After getting off the plane, everyone got into the vans arranged in advance by the production crew. Everyone stored their luggage in the van before heading towards the four guesthouses chosen by the production crew.
