Chapter 11 All the Superpowered People in the Class Want Me Dead
Feng Qiao had prepared her clothes in advance, and the two men stared at her intently while she changed.
Song Shu covered herself, somewhat embarrassed: "Are you looking at me because I was bitten by a zombie?"
"I didn't..."
Feng Qiao smiled and said, "No, they said you were the Zombie King in your past life. I'm just curious about what the Zombie King looks like."
Song Shu was a little confused: "What?"
Li Xin understood from her expression: "I'll explain it to you in detail later, and you'll understand then."
Song Shu could only nod, and asked in confusion, "You're still students, right? Why did that person say he came specifically to find me?"
"We don't know each other, do we?"
Li Xin casually explained a few words to her, mentioning the matter of being reborn.
However, Song Shu's expression clearly showed disbelief: "I'm the Zombie King?"
"Yes, we don't know what happened between you and Ji Huaizhi, but Ji Huaizhi died at your hands in your past life. In fact, we were all killed by him, and your becoming a zombie is probably related to him too."
Li Xin may have felt that the words were ambiguous: "You can treat the other Ji Huaizhi who harmed us as two different people."
Song Shu twitched her lips. Although she didn't believe it, it was the apocalypse now.
It's as if nothing that happens is surprising.
"If you have time, tell me about your past lives." She was quite curious.
And these students.
It's said to be reborn, but it's not very mature.
"You look so beautiful after you've washed up, your skin is so fair," Feng Qiao exclaimed.
The sound carried outside the tent.
Lai Chao, Chen Peng, and Tang Bao were all startled and couldn't help but look at the tent next door.
Want to see just how fair-skinned I am?
Xie Jiaqiang slapped the three of them speechlessly: "Can't you have some manners? You're all highly educated."
"Hehe, I didn't mean it." Lai Chao said awkwardly, "We were just curious about what the Zombie King looks like."
Chen Peng nodded in agreement: "Yes, the zombie king in the previous life had a face full of blood, sharp fangs, rotting flesh everywhere, and a big hole in his stomach. Apart from his body resembling a woman's, he was no different from a monster."
"I'm just curious what she looked like when she was still alive."
Song Shu heard Chen Peng's words as soon as she came out.
His face was covered in blood? He had sharp fangs? And a huge hole in his stomach?
Is it her?
She absolutely would not allow herself to become like that; if she were bitten by a zombie, she would rather commit suicide.
Ji Huaizhi looked up: "All packed up? Then pack up the tent, they'll be here soon."
Lai Chao asked in confusion, "How did you know? Weren't the two people monitoring us dealt with?"
Ji Huaizhi gestured for Xie Jiaqiang to explain to him.
"Someone just came by quietly. I guess they were looking for those two to switch shifts. If they didn't find them, they'll definitely come back to ask us for them soon."
Xie Jiaqiang then looked at his girlfriend and said, "You and this newcomer should find a place to hide in a while, so they don't catch you and threaten us."
Although Li Xin's water-based superpowers are not very offensive, she is quite skilled in combat.
Ji Huaizhi looked up at Song Shu: "Can you fight?"
Everyone looked at Song Shu, but unfortunately it was dark and they couldn't see what she looked like.
Song Shu paused for a moment before replying, "We can give it a try."
"Your superpowers are wind and metal elements, right? Combining these two abilities makes you almost invincible." Lai Chao felt horrified when he thought about her superpowers in her previous life; everyone really couldn't do anything about her.
Song Shu hadn't expected them to know so much.
She just told Ji Huaizhi that she had two superpowers, but she didn't specify which two superpowers.
"The metal element means being able to utilize metal, and the wind element means being very fast. I don't yet have a good grasp of the metal element ability," Song Shu said conservatively.
"That's alright, we can upgrade later." Lai Chao felt that bringing her in wasn't a bad thing: "You were really awesome in your past life, many superhumans couldn't beat you."
"You could turn your entire body into metal, and you would be truly invincible at that time."
Song Shu gave an awkward laugh: "Really?"
“Of course, all three of us fought you back then.” Lai Chao pointed to himself, Chen Peng, and Xie Jiaqiang: “The hole in your stomach was caused by Xie Jiaqiang.”
Feng Qiao's eyes widened, and Ji Huaizhi couldn't help but laugh.
“I’m telling the truth, even though it sounds unbelievable.” Lai Chao couldn’t stop talking once he started: “Back then, besides you, the zombie king, there was another interesting zombie.”
"I don't know if you recognize that zombie, but it should be a zombie with psychic abilities," Lai Chao recalled. "You are all high-level zombies."
Feng Qiao asked in confusion, "What kind of superpower is psychic ability?"
How many superpowers are there in total?
Song Shu's expression changed slightly when she heard about the mental system.
Xie Jiaqiang explained: "Psychic types can manipulate objects with their mental power and attack opponents with their thoughts, causing dizziness and mental damage."
Song Shu's eyes darkened upon hearing Xie Jiaqiang's words.
"This place is powerful? If it were a zombie, wouldn't all humans be wiped out?" Feng Qiao's tone was somewhat disappointed: "Why don't I have any superpowers?"
"Maybe you'll have it someday?" Lai Chao casually comforted him, "There are quite a lot of different kinds of superpowers."
"Can you guys stop talking?" Chen Peng was speechless.
Didn't Ji Huaizhi say he was going to pack up the tents?
He and Tang Bao worked hard, and the others chatted animatedly.
"Hehe, didn't you all put them away?" Lai Chao chuckled slyly.
A bright light shone over, and everyone looked towards the direction of the other tent. Xie Jiaqiang pulled Feng Qiao behind him.
"I knew you weren't honest! Tell me! What's your purpose?" Da Hu, drunk, came over with a gun in his hand.
There were quite a few people following behind him.
Other ordinary people kept their distance from what was happening here, afraid of being affected.
"Robbery." Ji Huaizhi twirled the sharp knife in his hand.
"What are you robbing?" Da Hu was furious when he heard that he had lost two of his brothers. They were both underlings who had come out of prison, and he never expected that they would lose them.
"You dare to rob me? Brothers, get him!" Da Hu raised his flashlight: "Leave the women and the stuff, take care of the men."
Unexpectedly, there was no response after he raised his gun.
The henchman behind him was bewildered: "Boss?"
They were just about to go up, what's wrong with you, brother?
Is she asleep?
Just as the younger brother was about to speak again, his face suddenly became wet, as if he had been splashed with water.
He licked his lips, and a metallic taste spread through his mouth.
"Blood!"
"It's blood!"
"Boss?"
Big Tiger, who was holding a gun, fell straight down.
It turned out that when Ji Huaizhi was wielding the dagger, the dagger in his hand flew out of his hand.
The tiger's neck was slashed open by the sharp knife, and blood gushed out immediately.
In an instant, Big Tiger's team was thrown into chaos. One of the underlings shouted, "Avenge our boss! I never expected these people to be so treacherous!"
"Charge!"
