"Let me introduce myself first. My name is Li Zeyu. Your husband and I grew up together, we're very close. This lady next to me is my wife, Cheng Chen, she's a painter," a man in a plaid shirt said to Sui Yi with a smile.
“Since my husband and your husband are sworn brothers, I’ll take the liberty of calling you sister-in-law. You shouldn’t mind, right?” Li Zeyu’s wife said.

"You can just call me sister-in-law."
"Hmm! Hello, sister-in-law!" Because Sui Yi had a baby face, coupled with her shy smile, Cheng Chen felt a strange sense of maternal affection. (A black line appeared on his face.)

“Our gathering today is to celebrate Lao Wu’s wedding, so we’ll give the right to order the dishes to his wife.” After saying that, the man handed the menu to Suiyi.
Sui Yi took the menu and looked at the man on her left. Sensing her gaze, the man spoke to her softly.
"If your brother asks you to order, there's no need to be polite. He has plenty of money, so feel free to order whatever you want. It's free money anyway."
After hearing what he said, Sui Yi really didn't hold back. She seemed ready to fight. Sui Yi held a pen in one hand and a menu in the other, flipping through it.
The first thing that caught my eye was those gleaming gold numbers. My eyes widened. Damn it, are we eating vegetables or gold? Just one plate of crayfish cost 300 yuan! And looking closer, the menu listed just ordinary home-style dishes. Yet, they were outrageously expensive. I wondered if these home-style dishes were different from what other restaurants made. Because many things are expensive for a reason. I just didn't know what was going on with the food at this place.
"These dishes all look very expensive." He looked up from the menu and scanned his surroundings.
"Is it expensive? But I think it's very cheap."
"He's a wicked capitalist. Money is just a string of numbers in his eyes." It really makes you question the meaning of life.
"Don't look at me like that, girl. Don't you know? Among our group, the richest person is your husband, not any of us."
"That's right. So you don't need to worry about the price of these dishes. Actually, this private kitchen is owned by your husband. You can eat as much as you want without going broke. You can ask him if you don't believe me."
Sui Yi looked at the man. The man nodded almost imperceptibly; as expected, he was rich and capricious.

The man was extremely suspicious. Was he referring to the woman on his right? He figured she needed to see an ophthalmologist. Sui Yi didn't care what the people around her thought. She just kept ticking and dotting things on the menu. She was a carnivore, so nine out of ten dishes she ordered were meat. When she finally looked up, she glanced at the menu and counted the items. She was a little unsure of herself. She hadn't expected to order sixty or seventy dishes in such a short time.
She handed the menu to the man next to her and winked at him.
"Brother, these are all my favorite dishes, you must order them!"
The man received her signal and glanced at the menu. He was at a loss for words! It seemed he needed to work harder to earn money. Otherwise, he would definitely run out of money one day. A sudden surge of responsibility washed over him.
Although he had wondered if this feeling was wrong, letting things take their course and following his heart was absolutely crucial. He simply couldn't imagine what would happen if the woman beside him left him; would his life return to its previous dullness?
