"You, you, you, don't try to scare me!"
"Just trying to scare me." Zhong Yan laughed angrily. So all that talk she'd given her for so long was just a charade to scare her?
Who does she think she is!
Zhong Yan patted her chest, suppressing her surging anger. Her brows furrowed even more, and she muttered something under her breath before snapping her fingers.
Wang Yan felt a chill run down her spine for no apparent reason and couldn't help but take a step back: "Zhong Yan, don't play tricks on me, I won't believe you."
Snap!
Zhong Yan bit her fingertip and dripped a drop of blood onto Wang Yan's forehead. Soon, several shadowy figures surrounded her, each with a blue face and fangs, chattering incessantly, and charged towards Wang Yan.
"It's a pity I didn't bring any cow tears, otherwise I could have let you experience it for yourself."
"..."
"Zhong Yan, you, you, you, you make them leave quickly."
"Teacher Wang, do you believe me now? Look, those spirits are just circling around you, not bad, not bad." Zhong Yan stroked her chin and commented, "Hmm, it's over, they've got your clothes, they've got you."
As if to fit the occasion, Wang Yan's sleeve suddenly broke, and upon closer inspection, there were traces of tearing.
Qin Huai looked at her mischievous appearance, a slight smile playing on his lips, full of doting affection. Sure enough, only this girl could do something like this.
"Teacher Wang, I'll ask one more time, where did those children go after they were beaten?"
"Toilet, toilet!" Wang Yan didn't care about anything else. She reacted quickly and rushed to her side, as if she could only feel safe when she was standing next to her: "It's just a pool of blood. If I don't throw it in the toilet, do you expect me to worship it?"
“Wang Yan, you…” Zhong Yan was speechless, her heart clenching even more, and she pushed her away abruptly: “You are so cruel! If I could, I would really strangle you.”
All things have a spirit, let alone a living little life.
No wonder those ghost dolls harbored such deep resentment; if it were her, she wouldn't be able to swallow that anger either. She was so naive; how could these women be so heartless as to abandon their children, and how could they possibly think of building tombs for them?
Wang Yan was a little nervous. The way she looked at her was full of malice, as if she would kill her at any moment. Coupled with the eerie atmosphere around her, she was really scared.
"Zhong Yan, calm down."
"Your child is back." Zhong Yan repeated, her cold eyes fixed on her with mockery and sarcasm. Did she still not believe it?
Wang Yan shuddered; that feeling of encountering a ghost came rushing back to her.
Zhong Yan ignored her astonishment. She had no right to judge other people's lives, but one thing was very clear.
Wang Yan, she deserved it.
"Zhong Yan, what exactly do you want?"
“It’s simple, just let your children catch up with you.” Zhong Yan said insincerely, “They miss their mother so much, but they can never see her. They must be very sad.”
"I don't want to see them! No!" Wang Yan was going crazy. Those were ghosts! They were all ghosts! If she met them, how could she survive?
"I'm sorry, but you can't just disappear like that." Zhong Yan said with pity, "If only you had known this would happen, Zhong Yan, you should have thought of this day when you gave up on them."
