When Ye Yunxi heard that Li Yan had been bitten by a non-venomous animal, she said this to Fu Heng.

Fu Heng thought for a moment, then took out a cannon from his spatial storage and said to Ye Yunxi.
"That's the only way, but that would cause humans to die as well."
Ye Yunxi glanced at the cannon, then looked at Fu Heng.
"Is there no other way?"
Fu Heng shook his head. He had no other choice. Once he used the cannon, the base would find out about it and would come to question him.

The pythons eventually all collapsed and couldn't get up. Ye Yunxi then shouted at those people.
"Everyone, run home, grab kitchen knives, daggers, anything you can use to cut open the bellies of these pythons and get the people inside out."
