Granny Chen then turned her gaze to Buling and said with a fawning smile, "Buling, look, could you help me find out where there are job openings so that your sister Jiang Hua can also take a test?"
As soon as Aunt Shen said this, everyone's eyes in the courtyard turned to Bu Ling again.

Buling looked up at Granny Chen in surprise: "Auntie, I only knew you were unreasonable before, but I really didn't know you were so shameless. Why should I owe you a job?"
Granny Shen's face flushed red and then turned pale as Bu Ling mocked her. Her eyes glared at Bu Ling as if she wanted to devour her: "You promised to find Jiang Hua a job," she emphasized.
“Yes, I agreed.” Bling readily admitted.
The onlookers' eyes lit up
Buling continued, "But what I'm saying is, as long as you have the money, I can definitely find a way to help you."
The onlookers then suppressed their hopes; if they had money, they would have used Bu Ling to inquire about...
Seeing Granny Chen's embarrassed expression, Bu Ling exclaimed in surprise, "No way! There really isn't someone who wants to get a job for free without spending any coins, is there?"

The more she talked, the more feasible the idea seemed. She knew that the girl's job was incredibly easy—just sitting and collecting money. Such a good job was perfect for her precious daughter.

Granny Chen: "You silly girl, how can you talk like that? Don't you owe our family a job?"
The onlookers were amused by Granny Shen's absurd logic.
Bu Ling said, "If that's the case, then I'll say you owe me a thousand dollars. Quickly take out the money from your house and give it to me."
"You little brat, this is robbery! Who asks someone for money?" Granny Shen roared.
"I didn't learn this from you. Just because you can't ask someone for money doesn't mean you can ask them for a job. So, you think your family gets to decide what's right?" Buling retorted calmly.
Having achieved her goal, she no longer wanted to get entangled with Granny Shen, and said directly, "Aunt Shen, if you want a job, that's fine, just give me a thousand yuan. If you don't have the money, there's no way out."
