Luo Xikui was horrified. She nimbly slipped under Xin Chun's arm where he was holding the knife and rushed towards the stairs in a panic.
"Uncle Xin! Uncle Xin!" she cried out in alarm, watching Xin Chun chase after her, looking like a vengeful ghost.
She rushed up to the second floor. With no other choice, she saw a room with the door open, rushed in, quickly locked the door from the inside, and frantically pulled a chair over to block the door.
In a daze, it was as if the nightmare of my childhood was replaying, with a demon wielding a giant axe and chopping people down.
She screamed in surprise and covered her head in panic.
Hearing the clattering sound outside the door, she suddenly woke up, wanting to grab her phone to make a call, but then remembered that her bag was still downstairs.
She frantically searched for the landline in the room, saw it on the bedside table, and rushed over to dial, only to find that the phone line had already been cut.
At that moment, she noticed that the blanket was slightly raised and she saw a little bit of hair peeking out from under the blanket. She immediately felt like she had found a savior and hurriedly shook Xin Zikai, calling out, "Uncle Xin, Uncle Xin!"
The noise of the lock being smashed outside the door grew louder. Without thinking twice, she directly pulled back Xin Zikai's blanket. Before she could call out to him again, she was startled by his deathly pale face.
His chest remained perfectly still, making him look just like...
"Uncle Xin?" Luo Xikui's hand trembled as she reached under his nose; there was no warmth to it.
She was so horrified that she collapsed to the ground. Xin Zikai was dead! How could he be dead! Had Xin Chun gone mad?!
At that moment, she heard a loud gunshot, which snapped her out of her daze. She immediately got up and went to the window.
The windows were locked, so she had no choice but to grab the globe from the bookshelf and smash it.
The harder she smashed it, the louder the noise outside became.
By the time she smashed the window, Xin Chun had already kicked the door open and entered. She immediately climbed onto the windowsill.
This is the second floor; she won't die if she jumps down, but she's still a little afraid.
"Xin Chun, you're insane! Did you kill Uncle Xin?!" Luo Xi Kui gripped the windowsill, trembling in the wind from her high position.
"I'm insane, but you're the one who drove me insane! You killed him! If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have argued with Dad! You killed him!" Xin Chun, brandishing a knife, approached step by step, her voice frantic: "I want to avenge Dad!"

She felt a sharp pain in her ankle and felt dizzy, but she couldn't worry about that now. She immediately got up and ran.
Little did she know that Xin Chun would jump down as well. She had just opened the courtyard gate and hadn't even had a chance to run out when Xin Chun grabbed the hood of her coat.
She took off her clothes and ran outside with a limp.
Suddenly, a car came speeding towards us, its headlights blindingly bright – it was Xu Ziyu's car!
"Tuantuan!" She ran quickly towards the car as if she had been saved.
Xu Ziyu stopped the car and saw Luo Xikui in a disheveled state, and Xin Chun chasing after him with a knife in hand.
He rushed over and hugged Luo Xikui, protecting her behind him.
"Tuantuan, Xin Chun has gone mad! She killed Uncle Xin! And she's trying to kill me too!" Luo Xikui grabbed Xu Ziyu as if he were her lifeline.
"Yes, you all drove me crazy!" Xin Chun had already stepped into the circle of light cast by the car headlights. She looked at them with a demonic expression, her voice rough and sinister: "If I can't live well, neither can you!"
As she spoke, Xin Chun lunged forward, her sharp knife aimed straight at them.
