Chapter 33 Fran's Tracking

Fran stepped into the dilapidated neighborhood with a determined look on her face.

Although he convinced himself that, he actually took it for granted that since Hulim could walk into such a place, then there would be no problem for him to walk in.

... ...

Snap!

"Uh, what is this!?"

Not long after entering the neighborhood, Fran accidentally stepped on a puddle of dirty water. Her originally clean leather shoes were instantly stained with many stains, and some stains even splashed onto the white socks on her calves.

If you smell it carefully, you can still smell the stench of sewage.

Fran looked disgusted and rubbed her leather shoes hard on the dry ground, trying to wipe off the stains on her shoes. As for the stains on her white socks, there was nothing she could do and she could only force herself to endure the nausea.

"Oh no!"

When her leather shoes were almost worn out, Fran suddenly realized that she was still being followed.

I quickly looked up and saw Hulim's back as he turned towards another street and disappeared around the corner.

Fran suddenly became anxious and didn't care about the nausea, and ran after him.

"Hahaha... ..."

Panting heavily, Fran ran all the way to the corner where Hulim disappeared. Without even bothering to check, she turned directly into that street.

Then,

Bang!

Bumped into someone.

“Ah, that hurts!”

Fran was knocked to the ground by the reaction force.

"ah--?"

"Which blind bastard dared to attack me?!"

A very rude and scary voice came from the front.

Fran's heart trembled. She looked up without caring about the pain in her butt. Then she saw two burly guys, one with a crew cut and the other with a bald head, who looked like gangsters staring at her viciously.

"Yo! Big brother is a top-notch guy!"

After seeing Fran's face clearly, the thug with a buzz cut next to her shouted excitedly.

"Got it! Keep your voice down, you idiot!"

Bang!

The bald thug who was hit punched the man with a crew cut, then stared at Fran with a grim smile on his face.

"Hey~, Miss, don't you know you should apologize after bumping into someone~?"

Fran was afraid, but she pretended to be calm and stood up, brushing off the dust behind her.

"I understand. I apologize. Can you please move aside now? I have something urgent to do."

"Hey~! Big brother, this chick is a noble, right?"

"Ah, yes, this outfit definitely means she's a noble~!"

"Haha, big brother, we're so lucky! We just arrived in this town and we've come across such a high-quality item. The eldest daughter of a noble family, she's bound to fetch a good price, right?"

The two people in front of her had no intention of taking Fran seriously at all. Instead, they talked recklessly. No matter how stupid Fran was, she could sense that something was wrong from their conversation.

These two people seem to be criminals engaged in illegal activities...
