"How about you spend the next two weeks with me?" Justin asked directly. His blunt question was indeed a surprise. Honestly? Ava didn’t expect the man to be this direct. Was this because of his confidence that not one woman would decline his advances?
"You know Mr. York?" Ava said, his lips lifted into a smug smirk. "I have heard other rumors about you."
"Oh?" His face lit up with arrogance.
"I’ve heard many women that you slept with said that... the reason why they immediately agree to leave once the two weeks is up is that you are not that impressive," Ava said. The smile on her face became broader when she saw the arrogance on Justin’s face vanish. "In fact... they were very very specific about one thing and that is the size of..." Ava deliberately made a pause. She looked at Justin’s eyes and dragged her eyes down to his chest then to his crotch and then sprang her eyes back to his eyes.
"Size of what?" Justin lifted an eyebrow.
"Size of your heart..." Ava grinned. "They said you had a pretty big heart. Generous and giving. They said you pampered them in that two weeks and many of them really praised the vacations, the money, the luxury items."
"Oh?"
"Sadly, it was the exact opposite of the size of your dick."
The smile on Justin’s face vanished as silence rolled between them. Just as she expected, Justin’s face turned ugly.
"What did you say?"
"I said... your dick is small," Ava answered without batting an eyelid. "I’ve seen illustrations."
The man’s face turned red, he gritted his teeth but did nothing. Ava expected him to actually attack her, maybe strangle her. Then she would have the reason to fight back and kill him.
But the man didn’t.
Instead, he put his hand in his pocket and when he took it out, he was already holding a phone. Obviously, this made Ava wonder what is going to happen. Phones are useless in this place as there is no reception.
Then Justin played a recording.
"Ava... This is your Priestess. I want you to do everything that Mr. York asked or you know what will happen."
Ava didn’t know if she would laugh or just pretend that this scared her. She soon decided to just pretend.
Isn’t it too boring if she lay down her cards now?
Isn’t this just the start of the game?
Oh, Ulva... you will regret everything that you did, Ava said.
"What do you want?" she asked.
"Contrary to what you are thinking... you are not exactly my type." Justin said. "I am not into someone that could bite me back. I prefer someone who is more docile, and more obedient. Someone that would let them tie them up in a blindfold while I shove my dick into them."
Ava’s lips twitched. Those words actually reminded her of Matthew.
Justin continued. "I need your help to convince two Alpha’s to agree to what I wanted them to do."
"So you wanted me to sleep with them."
"I didn’t say that," Justin smirked. "I am just telling you to do everything to obtain their... permission."
Ava snorted.
"You really think I would do that?"
"The Priestess was very confident. I wouldn’t doubt that woman’s capabilities."
"Good... I hope you really mean that." Ava said. Without having a second thought, she threw the contents of the glass toward Justin’s face. Then she snapped her finder.
The moment the alcohol touched Justin’s face, a rotting smell invaded the air.
Then Justin’s body fell to the floor with a loud thud.
Ava looked around before she put her hands on top of Justin’s forehead and started chanting a forbidden spell. Ulva wanted to use this opportunity to embarrass Ava. So, Ava is going to use this opportunity to embarrass Ulva instead.
"You old witch..." Ava said as she watched Justin open his now glassy eyes. "Go ahead and follow Ulva. Wait for my signal." Ava said.
Justin got up, nodded then turned his heel and walked inside the balcony.
"Wow... I didn’t know that a witch could easily overpower an Alpha."
Ava froze when she heard a familiar voice.
She didn’t notice anyone earlier!
"Princess Francheska..." Ava stated when the woman from the shadows came out. Princess Francheska wasn’t wearing any gown, instead, she wearing a dark cloak that covered most of her face. Without her voice, Ava wouldn’t have recognized her.
"I knew that Ulva was planning something but I didn’t know she would dare do that knowing that Matthew cares about you."
Ava frowned.
For some reason, this woman’s way of speaking seemed different from the woman that she met earlier.
As if sensing her thoughts, Princess Francheska removed her hood and revealed a smiling beautiful face. "I came because I was bored. I just wanted to watch a show."
"I didn’t notice you," Ava said.
"Don’t blame yourself. Not even the strongest witch or Lycan could sense my presence. It was something that I inherited from my maternal family. However... I can assure you I am not going to harm you."
"Right."
"Don’t you trust me?" Francheska said.
"No."
"Gosh... you really are someone Matthew would like."
Ava pursed her lips. This Francheska was too different from the sweet and calm Francheska earlier.
"I like books more than I like people but I think I am liking you more."
Ava lifted an eyebrow. The Francheska earlier said about liking books more than liking people too. Was this her way of telling Ava that she’s the same woman that she talked to earlier?
"Very well..." Ava said. "I think this is a perfect time as a show will begin soon."
"Oh? Is it going to be fun?" Francheska asked.
"Maybe?" Ava started walking towards the hall.
"Hey... where are you going? What about me?"
"Stay here and watch the show," Ava said without looking back.
"Really?"
Ava heard Francheska ask but this time, she didn’t answer her. She walked straight towards the food section and immediately found Justin. He was talking to two other bulky men. Seeing this, Ava walked toward them and smiled.
"Gentlemen..." she said.
