Qin Ying's answer was unclear, but Wei Zhuolan's laughter made Fu Hanzhou's temples throb. He remembered Gu Ping'an's warning and Qin Ying's concealment, and the suspicion and jealousy surging in his chest instantly turned into a raging rage.
Qin Ying looked at the envelope with a complicated expression:
"Going abroad... is it really possible?"
"Why not?"
Wei Zhuolan took a step closer, his eyes blazing:
"Are you willing to be trapped in this ordinary medical school for the rest of your life? Are you willing to be schemed against and hurt over and over again?"
His hoarse voice was full of temptation:
"Come abroad with me. I can give you everything you want and make you the most dazzling soloist..."
Wei Zhuolan suddenly grabbed her wrist, his palm burning hot:
"You clearly want to go out more than anyone else. What can Fu Hanzhou give you? A stable life as a military family member, or endless neglect and loneliness? How can he support your ideals if he can't even protect you?"
He lowered his voice and glanced at the hair that had fallen from her shoulders due to her struggle:
"As long as you nod, I will arrange the divorce procedures immediately."
"divorce……"
Qin Ying murmured somewhat absentmindedly.
“That’s enough!”
When he heard the word "divorce", Fu Hanzhou could no longer suppress his inner anger. His leather shoes stepped heavily on the concrete floor, making a dull sound, as if carrying ice chips.
Standing in the corner with a cold look on his face, under the shadow of the brim of his military cap, one could still see Fu Hanzhou's pair of angry eyes and bulging veins on his forehead.
His sinister eyes swept over Wei Zhuolan's hand that was tightly clasping Qin Ying's wrist, and a beast-like growl rang out from his throat:
"Let her go!"
"Captain Fu?"
Wei Zhuolan slowly withdrew his hand, with a provocative smile on his lips:
"You've come just in time. There's something I need to let you know—Qin Ying's talent is something you don't deserve."
