Chapter 19 A Petition



The two entered the room and remained silent.

“I know why my brother doesn’t want to go on blind dates,” Song Yan broke the silence and said.

Wen Ruan was very curious, so she leaned closer and looked at him expectantly, waiting for him to continue. You see, having been in this era for so long, she had never met anyone as good-looking as the two Song brothers, just in terms of appearance. Song Yan was broad-shouldered and narrow-waisted, tall and slender, while Song Heng had an aura of icy elegance.

I went to take care of him by myself. My teammates told me about it. Later, I also saw the wills that the two of them wrote before they went on the mission.”

Both of them wrote, "We'll be together when we return safely."

As Wen Ruan listened, tears began to stream down her face without her realizing it.
