Ye Li said calmly, "Since we're settling things even, this old man will naturally repay you with his own value. It'll save you, a little girl, the trouble of running around. I hope you won't blame this old man for taking matters into his own hands."

Sheng Qian smiled and said, "Then I won't stand on ceremony, Elder Ye, thank you!"

"I won't let you down," Sheng Qian said as she packed everything up.
They didn't stay there long, and left with all their belongings, along with Zhao Niangen.
Where are we going now?
"Go to the county town."
"Huh?" Zhao Niangen asked, puzzled. "Didn't you let Dalin into the county town?"
“That’s him. I have something else to do. Go back and take a couple of outfits with you and we’ll go together.”
"Aren't we going to leave someone behind to watch over the iron?" Zhao Niangen was worried that the iron might be stolen.
Sheng Qian frowned and slapped her forehead. "I forgot about that pile of stuff. Never mind, you stay and guard it. Use this time to work on your line drawings. I'll bring you some books when I come back from the county town."
"I... I'm too stupid, I don't think I can draw like you."
Sheng Qian chuckled and said, "If you can draw like me, then I'll have to become your apprentice."
Zhao Niangen gave a somewhat silly smile.
It was already evening when Sheng Qian left.
There happened to be one last train leaving.
After a shaky journey, Sheng Qian arrived at the station smelling the sour odor all the way.
When they arrived at the station, there was nowhere to sleep, so many people slept directly under the eaves of the station.
To get to the county town, you have to transfer twice.
Left with no other choice, Sheng Qian could only walk to the other side, and then, when no one was around, she pulled out a blanket from her space, spread it out on the other side, and settled down to sleep peacefully.
