"My second sister-in-law is so excited to see her in-laws."
Sister-in-law Zhou said with a smile, implying that the Zhou family had not mistreated Jiang Lan.
“My sister-in-law is right. I haven’t seen my parents for a long time, and I’m a little excited.”
Jiang Lan wiped away her tears and glanced at her mother-in-law and sister-in-law.

The maid put down the tea and took the tray out.
"How are you doing? Your belly looks alright. Walk around more often; it'll make childbirth easier."
“I know, I walk every day, I value my life. Mother, can’t you stay here?”
Jiang Lan knew her father definitely wouldn't stay here, and she hoped her mother could stay with her.
"You still have some time before your due date. Your father and I will go to your third brother's place first, and I will come back to be with you closer to the due date."
Jiang's mother patted her little girl's head, and before she knew it, she was going to be a mother too.
"Okay, then when I'm about to give birth, Mother, you should come and stay with me. I'm scared."
"Yes, Mother is with you, don't be afraid. Don't think about anything now. Sons and daughters are the same. It's good to blossom first and bear fruit later."
Jiang Lan knew that her sister-in-law had told her mother about her worries.
"Yes, I don't want to think about it anymore. I just want to give birth to the baby safely. I'm still young, and I can have other children in the future, sons and daughters."
The mother and daughter chatted affectionately, while Mr. Jiang sat listening, hoping that his youngest daughter would have a smooth delivery and give birth safely.
