Chapter 2

Chapter 2

The dean was so flattered that he instinctively held the Omega's slightly cool fingertips with both hands, and his brain briefly stopped working for a moment.

Omega's brief self-introduction contained a huge amount of information. Even the knowledgeable and experienced dean of studies needed a few more seconds to understand the current situation.

First, the man before him was indeed Jiang Yun, the new chief diplomat of the Alliance's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He had recently garnered widespread attention for his leadership of the negotiations between the Alliance and the Olin Empire, as well as for his unforgettable beauty.

Second, Jiang Yun is Jiang Mu and Lu Chao’s common...Omega father?

After Jiang Yun released his hand, the Dean forced himself to look away from the diplomat. He looked at Lu Chao, then at Jiang Mu, incredulous: "Are they brothers born on the same day and month?"

These two don't look alike at all! It seems like they don't interact much at school?

Lu Chao sneered and said sarcastically, "Director, you don't know there's a term called 'twins', do you?"

The dean was speechless for a moment.

Jiang Yun glanced at Lu Chao and saw that the little devil of Simon School immediately restrained his smile and shut his mouth obediently.

Jiang Yun asked his two sons: "Are you hurt?"

Jiang Mu shook his head silently, while Lu Chao muttered, "Just them?"

Jiang Yun looked at the Dean of Studies and said in a cold and businesslike tone, "I wish to understand the course of events."

"Of course." The Dean of Studies recovered and quickly came out from behind his desk. He personally pulled out a chair for Jiang Yun. "Mr. Jiang, please sit down. I'll have my assistant pour you a cup of coffee."

Jiang Yun simply thanked him, sat down on the classical and elegant chair, and looked up at the director, meaning that you can start speaking.

At that moment, the Dean of Studies felt as if he had stumbled into a diplomatic negotiation. Wiping his sweat from his forehead, he spoke as objectively as possible, "Mr. Jiang, this is what happened..."

The Dean of Education was taking a nap in his office when he suddenly heard a chaotic commotion on the training ground. It sounded like someone was screaming and shouting. He immediately checked the surveillance footage on the training ground and was immediately stunned.

Jiang Muluchao and the two instructors were seen wrestling with each other in front of the onlookers. To be precise, Jiang Muluchao pinned the instructors to the ground and beat them. The instructors tried several times to find an opportunity to pull them down and turn over, but the two teenagers dodged them nimbly. Then, Jiang Muluchao's fists fell on their faces even harder and faster.

"The instructor said that Jiang Mu and Lu Chao were the first to attack, and they had to fight back to protect themselves," the dean said. "I've also confirmed this with your sons, and it's true."

"Self-protection." Jiang Yun raised his eyebrows and repeated these two words meaningfully: "So, what is the reason for taking action?"

The Dean of Students looked troubled. "The instructor claimed they were just chatting on the training ground, but the two students suddenly rushed over, and they didn't know why."

One of the twins lowered his head and said nothing, while the other pretended to be dumb, as if they had made up their minds to avoid the question.

Jiang Yun didn't ask any further questions and said directly: "Holographic reproduction."

The twins' expressions changed instantly. Their seemingly different faces suddenly looked surprisingly similar. For the first time, the dean thought, "Ah, they really are twins!"

Jiang Mu was anxious: "Dad!"

Lu Chao was even more anxious: "Dad!"

In order to supervise students and ensure their safety, surveillance cameras are installed in all areas of the school, and holographic reproduction can restore the course of events in 360 degrees without blind spots.

The dean of studies had already prepared the holographic image, and according to school rules, he should watch it with the students' parents.

"Dad, you can't read this!" Lu Chao blurted out in panic, "This is the privacy between Jiang Mu and me!"

"Dad, we were wrong. We won't do it again next time." Jiang Mu softened his voice and begged, "Just punish us. We will accept any punishment."

Jiang Yun ordered his two sons coldly: "Go out and wait."

"dad!!!"

The two teenagers were forcibly persuaded to leave by the guards brought by Jiang Yun. The dean of studies turned on the holographic image, and holographic projections of Jiang Mu and Lu Chao immediately appeared in the spacious office.

Time goes back to an hour ago.

Having just finished a satisfying training session, the instructor disbanded the team on the spot and let everyone move freely.

Lu Chao, who always loved to join in the fun, refused his brothers' invitation to take a shower together. Instead, he quietly followed the top student in the grade while no one was paying attention.

The two of them came to a deserted corner one after the other, and Lu Chao called out, "Jiang Mu!"

Jiang Mu didn't even turn his head: "Call me brother."

"Come on, just a few minutes older than me is nothing." Lu Chao grabbed Jiang Mu's shoulders from behind and pulled him to his side. "How much pocket money do you have left this month?"

Jiang Mu showed a vigilant look: "What do you want to do now?"

Lu Chao looked around, made sure no one was around, and lowered his voice, "I saw an AS81 on the second-hand market."

Jiang Mu's eyes widened: "Are you crazy? Driving a mecha without a license is illegal, you know?"

"I know." Lu Chao promised solemnly, "I just bought it home to enjoy the view. I won't open it."

Jiang Mu had a blank expression on his face: "Do you think I'm a fool who's easy to fool?"

Lu Chao knew that Jiang Mu would not lend him money easily, and was struggling over whether to call him "good brother" a few times to disgust him, when he suddenly heard two voices talking.

"When did the negotiations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Olin Empire begin?"

"It seems to be next Thursday."

It was the voices of the two instructors. Jiang Mu was just about to take his brother to greet the instructors when he heard one of them say, "It would be great if we could go see it in person. I've never met Jiang Yun in person."

The twins were startled and exchanged glances in tacit understanding.

"—Jiang Yun." The other instructor's tone suddenly became frivolous. "I met him once when he came to headquarters last time."

"How about it?"

"It's so damn hot, it's even brought my susceptible period forward by two days."

"By the way, what do his pheromones smell like? Have you ever gotten close enough to smell it?"

"I think with so many guards around him, I can't get close to him."

Lu Chao's eyes darkened, his cheek muscles twitching slightly. His clenched fists and violently heaving chest all reflected his master's insane rage. He was about to rush over and silence the two scumbags when a pair of hands firmly grasped his arms.

Jiang Mu, with a pale face, grabbed his brother and shook his head at him.

Fighting is prohibited in school, and assaulting a teacher or instructor is an even more serious offense. Lu Chao has already received countless minor offenses at school, and he can't let his brother receive another major offense, which could lead to his expulsion.

On the other side, the discussion between two Alphas about the offense against an Omega continued.

"If I could have a date with him, I would be willing to die."

"Why, you want to marry him too?"

"How is that possible? No matter how handsome he is, he's still an Omega who has given birth to a child..."

Lu Chao couldn't stand it any longer. Just as he was about to shake off his brother's hand, he didn't expect the restraint on his arm to loosen by itself: "...Brother?"

Jiang Mu walked past Lu Chao and headed straight for the instructor. When the instructor saw him, he immediately stopped talking and said, "Student Jiang Mu, what can I do for you?"

Although the twins were born almost at the same time, Jiang Mu was ten centimeters shorter than his younger brother. The two instructors were also tall and well-developed. Jiang Mu looked up at them with a smile on his face: "Hello, instructors, I have a question for you."

In front of the top students, the instructor naturally wouldn't be wary: "What's the matter?"

Jiang Mu raised his hand calmly and slapped him loudly without warning.

The instructor who was slapped was stunned. The other instructor reacted quickly and grabbed Jiang Mu by the collar: "What are you doing!"

It was the first time Lu Chao saw Jiang Mu hitting someone, and he was shocked for a moment. But when he saw the instructor's hand touch Jiang Mu, he immediately threw off his jacket and rushed forward: "You're looking for death!"

At this moment, the holographic image stopped abruptly.

The office was completely silent. The dean was sweating profusely, wishing he would have a heart attack and faint on the spot.

The director mustered up the courage to look at Jiang Yun, only to see that he still maintained the same attitude as before, his expression stern and calm, without a trace of emotion, as if he was just watching a performance that had nothing to do with him.

After a long silence, the Dean of Studies managed to squeeze out a sentence: "Mr. Jiang...?"

Jiang Yun's voice was as steady and powerful as ever: "Have you thought of a punishment plan, Director?"

For a moment, the Dean of Studies didn't know who Jiang Yun was talking about. He hesitated for two seconds and asked tentatively, "What does Mr. Jiang mean?"

"Each person will receive a written apology, plus three days of after-school detention." Jiang Yun asked the director for his opinion as if he were following a formality. "What do you think?"

According to school rules, fighting in school will result in at least a minor offense and one month of confinement; if the target of the attack is a teacher or instructor, a major offense may result, or even expulsion.

But now it was the two instructors who had insulted the parents first, their words were truly unbearable to hear. If such obscenities were to reach the ears of the public, the reputation of the military and Simon Public School would be the first to bear the brunt of the damage.

The Dean of Studies now just wanted to pray that Jiang Yun wouldn't pursue the issue of Simon Public School hiring two instructors with poor moral standards to provide special training to students. As for the punishment for Lu Chao and Jiang Mu, a small gesture should be enough.

The Dean of Studies smiled apologetically and said, "I still need to discuss this with the principal, but it should be fine."

Jiang Yun nodded and said, "Also, can I take a look at the files of the two instructors?"

The Dean of Studies knew that he had no choice: "Mr. Jiang, please wait a moment."

The dean of studies operated twice on his desk, and the file Jiang Yun wanted was projected in front of him.

"Litton Ford, Harry Alvin," Jiang Yun glanced at them casually, and lightly tapped the table with the fingertips of his left hand: "Two Alphas who have served for three years."

The dean of studies stood by and nodded repeatedly: "Yes, yes."

"—being beaten by two undifferentiated fifteen-year-olds." Jiang Yun raised his eyelids. His tone, though perfectly normal, sent a chill down his spine. "Of course, I'm not qualified to comment on personnel changes at your school, but instructors providing special training to students shouldn't be limited to this level of expertise. What do you think, Director?"

The Dean of Studies pulled a handkerchief from his coat pocket and wiped the sweat from his forehead. "Mr. Jiang is right. Simon Public School will ensure that the instructors who train the children in the future are worthy of their reputations and have both ability and integrity!"

Jiang Yun said slowly: "I have some connections in the military, if you don't mind..."

The Dean of Studies quickly stated, "No problem, no problem. It would be great if Mr. Jiang could recommend someone for us!"

The matter was resolved, and Jiang Yun stood up to take his leave. The Dean of Studies hurriedly put his handkerchief back into his pocket and made a "please" gesture with his hand: "I'll see you off, Mr. Jiang."

Jiang Yun nodded and said, "Thank you."

The dean of studies walked beside Jiang Yun and couldn't help but steal a glance at him from time to time.

He couldn't help but think of some rumors about this great diplomat, one of which was that Jiang Yun had given birth to a child. As for who the child's Alpha father was, everyone had different opinions and guesses.

Which top Alpha could leave his mark on such a beauty and let him give birth to two children?

The Dean of Studies tried to hold back, but couldn't help asking cautiously, "Mr. Jiang, is the other father of Lu Chao and Jiang Mu busy today?"

Jiang Yun paused, turned his head to look at the dean, and said calmly, "He should be dead."

Dean: “!!!”

Downstairs in the school office building, Jiang Mu and Lu Chao were waiting obediently under the supervision of the guards.

The two brothers had already changed into their school uniforms. The uniforms of Simon School were elegant and gentlemanly, consisting of a pure white shirt, black jacket, trousers, and tie, with a crimson school badge on the chest, and a cloak for warmth in winter.

The same uniform can have completely different effects on different people. Jiang Mu's tie and jacket buttons were neatly fastened, and he looked like he was ready to give a speech at any important occasion.

As for Lu Chao, his coat was casually draped over his shoulders, with his sleeves empty and his tie untied, having been casually stuffed into his pocket.

Lu Chao looked up at the window of the director's office and said depressedly, "Jiang Mu, do you think Dad will hear that?"

Jiang Mu looked at someone as if he was a fool: "Why do you like talking nonsense so much?"

"I shouldn't have done it in school." Lu Chao grabbed two handfuls of hair in frustration. "Blame me."

"I don't blame you." Jiang Mu said, "I was the first one to start."

Lu Chao raised his eyebrows and was about to tease, "I didn't expect that an excellent student would slap someone," but he caught a glimpse of a pure black suit in his peripheral vision and strode forward quickly: "Dad!"

Jiang Mu turned around when he heard the voice and saw Jiang Yun walking out of the office building and greeted him: "Dad, are you okay?"

Jiang Yun looked at the twins for a long time and said calmly, "It's okay, let's go home."

The twins looked at each other.

Lu Chao: What's going on? Is this the end?

Jiang Mu: I don’t know, let’s go home first.

The teenagers in uniform followed their father side by side, one on each side, walking down the ancient and quiet steps of the school.

When there were only a few steps left, Lu Chao went down in two steps, and then got ahead of the guard and opened the car door for his father and brother.
