I truly enjoyed it but it just felt that the ending wasn't really an ending. No closure about the ambiguous relationship between captain lin and coach luo. None about coach luo witnessing the crime scenes. Sure they solved the last case, but it felt like the author just didn't want to write anymore so it was marked as completed.

Totally an enjoyable read! One of my favorites. A good thing that I read all the extra chapters too. I hope it can be uploaded here too. Follow the adventures of Yan and her boyfriend Zhu Jue, self-proclaimed "ordinary individuals" surrounded by "halo-bearing" people whose thoughts about the couple's true identity are sometimes extremely funny. The coincidences that tend to follow the two makes you wonder, are they really just ordinary? But really, a top read. Totally enjoyable.

A great read! There are some annoying characters but I am so glad that they get to be resolved after a few chapters and not taking up the whole book before they exit. Love, love, love Song Chen. He was the big brother, the caregiver, the protector, and he suffered so much at the hands of his biological mother. He was the toughest to crack and it is understandable especially with all that he suffered. I'm just so glad that he could finally experience a mother's love through Zhining and finally open up and be confident that he deserves to be love too.

A very fun read. Not a moment of dullness. The adventures and interactions of the stupid silver tabby cat with his friends, his fans, and his system plus the main body is hilarious. Totally enjoyed reading this.

A very good and enjoyable read. It's not one of those novels who has an MC that has a "foodie/chef+lazy" as character setting, but only a few chapters were about food and then completely forgot about it. Nope. Shen Huazheng lives, breathes, talks, and thinks about food all the time. haha. From the first chapter to the last, you would be able to appreciate and enjoy the description of foods. I love also that the royal family is so harmonious with an occasional petty revenges due to of course, food! hahaha. The downside of reading this? From all that foodie description, you will find yourself hungry and looking for something delicious to calm your protesting stomach.
