In 2020, Earth experienced its first war against aliens. Its homeland was devastated, and just as Earth's defenses were about to fall, the Galactic Emperor, who happened to be passing by the solar system, easily drove away the troublesome Snake Clan. However, he fell in love at first sight with a human military doctor on the battlefield and proposed a condition: as long as the military doctor willingly married him, Earth would be safe for as long as he reigned.
